Please note that the accommodations are located in three different buildings, all in the city center. Check-in takes place at the central reception located at Koningin Wilhelminastraat 14, 2225 BA Katwijk.

Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Guests arriving after 17:30, are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that guests can buy a parking card for EUR 7 per day, directly from the reception.

Thermostaat was defect, hierdoor was het 24 graden in de suite. Veel te warm, dat was in de nacht niet fijn.

Prima appartement, maar veel omgevingslawaai.

Cons:

Geen stalling.voor fietsen. Niet ingelicht dat het appartement op een ander adres was dan de hoofdlocatie. Ik moest daardoor met alle tassen slepen, terwijl Ik kortgeleden geopereerd ben aan een hernia. 'S nachts heel veel rumoer.

Pros:

Wir kamen nachdem die Rezeption geschlossen hatte an und haben unseren Umschlag mit Infos, der Parkkart und dem Schlüssel für die Unterkunft aus dem Schlüsselkasten genommen. Jemand vom Personal war noch da, kam raus, begrüßte uns freundlich und gab uns nochmal genauere Infos über unseren Aufenthalt. Auch beim Frühstück wurden wir jeden morgen herzlich empfangen. Großes Lob an das tolle Personal :-)

Cons:

Da wir nicht immer außerhalb essen wollten, haben wir uns im Supermarkt etwas gekauft, um in unserem Zimmer zu Abend zu essen. Eine Mikrowelle auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Jedoch ist das Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)

wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen !
Pros:

alles sehr stilvoll und cosy, sehr gutes frühstück, sehr aufmerksames und zugewandtes personal, in unmittelbarer nähe zum meer mit sehr schönen strandcafes und überraschend: einer kleinen sauna ! (kuuma !)

Cons:

tip für paare: französisches bett buchen !!
