Personalen väldigt fokuserad på att kunden skall skriva positiva omdömen om dom som personer . Får en väldigt sur eftersmak och slår tillbaka på varu namnet Hyatt . Detta måste få ett slut , kommer ej att sätta min fot på ett Hyatt hotell igen innan ledningen reagerar ( och gör någonting åt..) problemet.
