DON'T DO IT! - Classic BAIT & SWITCH. Stated location/GPS depiction is false! Old Building and Apt

Cons:

Location is falsely advertised with the GPS marker purposely depicted near the subway station. This is a scam. We had to take an Uber for all of our trips to DC since my wife has a bad knee. Hard to reach foreign virtual customer service who are hard to understand. No response or help regarding a broken shower diverter valve that scalded my son. Older building, white tornado, dated apartment with nothing on the walls, no privacy with a balcony that looks out to other people on their balconies less than 20 feet away. Extremely low hanging pipes everywhere in very old parking garage under the building. Do not park there. I almost hit the pipes with my SUV and had to stop and take off my luggage rack and then have my family guide me in. What a nightmare. Never again.

All in all we loved staying at this apartment.
Pros:

Location, facilities security, open living area, many different places to eat within walking distance

Cons:

Stained and dirty bedroom carpets. Building upkeep on residence floors. Chipped paint around elevator entrance. Door falling off wall at trash shoot.

Great position. 8 min drive to Capitol Hill. Nice building and spacious flat. Garage is 6 feet tall.

Cons:

Garage is six feet tall, I had to remove the roofrack from my Jeep to enter. Didn't wanna street park because the truck was loaded for the road trip.

Pros:

Good location and a full kitchen. Staff responsive to text messages which I appreciated.

Cons:

Expect over $200 ($130 cleaning and $98 in resort fees) in fees when staying here. Some of the dishes were dirty and the hot water in the building was out for a whole day.

Pros:

Had a business trip to Arlington and brought my wife and 2 daughters. The apartment was perfect.

Well furnished, clean and had plenty of anything needed.

The location is a secured building with views from the roof of the Capital.

As far as location, it was so well placed for so many dining options and quick access to transportation.

Next we are out in DC, we will be checking to see if the apartment is available! Thanks!

We had a great stay and would rent here again.
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy walk to the subway, restaurants, CVS. Plenty of dishes, etc. In-unit washer and dryer, tubs in both bathrooms, lots of light. Nice building with rooftop pool. Pretty quiet despite proximity to the airport.

Cons:

Towel holders for hand towels in the bathroom would have been great. Some peeling paint in the master bath. I live in a humid climate so it didn't bother me, but it should be repaired.

Pros:

The pictures for the property are not accurate. As soon as you walk in you can see a difference in condition. There are so many dings, dents, and broken items you are worried what they might get you for after your stay. There was not enough towels or soap. The kitchen was poorly stocked.

we also found a large staple in the bed in the middle of the night.

Pros:

Located in nice, clean neighborhood. Close to Arlington Cemetery, DC attractions, and Reagan Airport. Only downside is paid parking on weekdays 6 AM-4 PM.

Pros:

The property was not as nice as I had expected. I loved the secure parking and the security of the building with key card required for entry and for use of the elevators, this made us feel very secure. I loved it's proximity to the Metro and the restaurants up the street on the way to back from the Metro. I was disappointed in seeing some bugs, specifically as we were on the 7th floor.

I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location was great! It was right in walking distance from the many eateries and since our mission was DC, it was right off the highway to get there. And having a private balcony with a decent view. I wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the rooftop pool. The kids loved the view of the airport.

Cons:

We loved everything. The pull out couches weren't exactly pullout which made it a little more difficult to sleep but it was fine.

Having work in Washington all week was great to come back to a apt. that felt like mine.
Pros:

Location was great, easy to reach downtown Washington,D.C. Staff at desk answered all my question

Cons:

The TV's were limited and older.
