Pros:

The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. Overall an average hotel, the experience for 2 nights was as expected.

Fine for the money but below expectations

As I arrived I was provided a room. As soon as I entered the room I could smell smoke; cigarette stink. They provided me another room immediately. The elevator floor was all sticky at night when I arrived and remained the same when I left in the morning. I presume from sodas. You could easily see it. Breakfast was terrible. no espresso machine, no pastry (unless you want to call mini muffins probably frozen for a few years acceptable); scrambled eggs were totally dry and tasted like nothing.

Clean and upgraded.
Pros:

Very clean & upgraded. Nice lobby.

Cons:

Walls are PAPER THIN. Your neighbors will hear YOU, and you will hear your neighbors 6am morning meeting like they’re sitting right in front of you. I did get a noise complaint because of how paper thin the walls are. There is no property parking, but across the street there is a paid lot. Wouldn’t walk alone at night in the area. And there was a trash bag filled with stuff sitting over night in my hallway. (Pic for reference) The only reason I don’t plan to stay here again is because of the how thin the walls are. Everything else was great and fine. I also got asked if I wanted a late check out, 12pm- and I got a knock on my door at 11:32am to be exact to get out, after explaining that I agreed to a late check out.
