Very happy with our selection of hotels in Philadelphia, great staff
Pros:

A hidden gem. I hope they are able to continue to keep their price affordable to lower income travelers. When I booked I was concerned about what condition of the hotel would be and what area of the city it would be located. I was so pleasantly surprised. Parking was not the best situation, as it was across the street and required about a 7 minute walk back to the hotel. However, the unloading area at the front door was great.
Our room was not big but very comfortable and clean. We were traveling with teenage grandkids, 15 year olds and we often need larger rooms or two (which can be expensive). At this hotel and the price we were able to get two nice rooms for less then 1 room two blocks away. Within walking distance to China town. Great Renovation. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Breakfast was appreciated, but so, so. Eggs were not good. Waffles great. Cereal. good selection.

It was comfortable and pleasure to stay at this place
Pros:

It was central and walking distance to market street. Delaware River China town
At busy time Uber took 15- 20 min. to drop us at 30th street train station. Excellent hospitality services specially receptionist

Helt ok ställe att vara på om enda syftet är att ha någonstans att sova - annars ett ganska tråkigt hotel
Pros:

Läger är ganska centralt. Städat och fräscht.

Cons:

Frukosten var mycket enkel, gymmet väldigt litet och det var relativt dyrt för den standarden.

Pros:

Great location, the bed was comfortable, room was accommodating.

Cons:

The walls were thin could hear doors opening and closing and people talking through a closed door. The refrigerator in the room was non functional. Kept items room temp. The television had a very small selection of things to watch. Check in was simple, but Ive stayed in much nicer places and signed less paperwork and didn't have to pay an additional 100 fee in case of damages.
