Rooms were very comfortable the bed's not so much
When I checked in there was one very nice young woman in training and the Other Woman training her was rude.
I arrived at the hotel 1.5 hours ahead of check in and asked if it was possible to get into the room early. Was told the room was not ready. Unless I wanted to pay $25 and then I could check in immediately. Which I declined but the room was then made available at no extra cost 10 minutes later.
As I was checking in was told that the “complementary” breakfast was not being provided, if I was unhappy with that I could cancel my reservation and find somewhere else to stay. (The breakfast on booking.com has breakfast as “included” not “complementary”)
Very noisy at night, thin walls. TV worked some time and sometimes not.
Location is not the best.
All in all a pretty miserable experience.
