Pros:

Lo limpio que se encontraban las habitaciones, y la terraza con vista a la peña

Cons:

Quise subir a la terraza a las 9am, para tomar unas fotos pero aun se estaba cerrada.
Regrese por cosas que deje encargadas el lugar estaba cerrado, pero además tardaron en responder el teléfono que me dieron para llamar por cualquier cosas, ni los mensajes por WhatsApp contestaron.

n me hospede en este hotel, ya que les comente que llegaria entre 6 y 8 de la noche y me comentaron que la reservacion solo aplicaba hasta las 5 pm, tube que tomar otra opcion que si me recibiera en el horario mensionado gracias

No respetan las reservaciones de booking
Pros:

Lo bueno de este hotel es la ubicacion pero OJO! no se dejen llevar solo por que hay muchos en la misma calle MEJORES.

Cons:

No respetaron la reservacion de BOOKING Pagada y confirmada con recibo y confirmacion de Booking Pesima atencion tuve que buscar otro hotel. Booking si me reembolso lo pagado pero este hotel FATAL

Deterioro, se estuvo llamando para avisar que llegaría tarde y nunca respondieron teléfonos, cama sucia, colchón horrible, almohadas terribles, mucho ruido dentro de la propiedad desde las 6 de la mañana.

Buena opción para una estancia rápida.
Pros:

El cuarto estaba limpio. La puerta de la regadera cerraba bien. Había suficientes toallas. Los productos de limpieza eran de calidad y suficientes. La cama y la almohada estaban cómodas.

Cons:

Casi no hay muebles para guardar ropa. El espacio del cuarto sencillo estaba reducido. Aunque el cuarto tenía instalado un aire acondicionado, no me dieron el control porque dizque el costo que elegí era de promoción y, por lo tanto, no lo incluía.
