Loved our holiday at Rockingham and only 45 minutes from home
Pros:

This was our 3rd stay at Spinnakers. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The apts are fabulous for a family stay. The location is perfect right opposite the best beach, short stroll to all restaurants and bus at the door stop for a trip to the shopping Centre.

It would have been good with floor towels outside shower areas. Main bedroom pillows had some odour.

Convenient and functional, but the noise, limited view, & lack of kitchen basics took the shine off.
Pros:

Great location for beach access and nearby shops, and the parking was excellent. The apartment was practical for a family stay with good air conditioning plus handy extras like a vacuum, mop and bucket, clothes steamer, and laundry facilities. Checking in was easy and the apartment is very secure.

Cons:

The “ocean view” is mostly a side view from the balcony, with the main outlook over the carpark/side street. It was noisy at night from people and vehicles, and early mornings a refrigerated van idled in the carpark for 10–15 minutes 3 out of 4 days we stayed there. The hot water system near the kitchen/laundry was loud and had a noticeable gassy smell, and the kitchen was very bare-bones with no basics like salt/pepper and missing key utensils (large knife, spatula).

Absolutely gorgeous views of Rockingham Beach. Clean, spacious, comfortable bed/s. Smart TV, lovely balcony with outdoor seating. Free parking onsite, Close to a number of lovely restaurants (Rusticos right downstairs), would definitely stay again.

Cons:

It's a bit noisy at times, not a huge turn off, unless you want complete peace and quiet. But it is something to be expected given location. There's much talking and laughing as families picnic and car's/motorbikes and such coming and going. The weather was gorgeous, there were markets on so it was very busy. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though. I loved it

Beautiful apartment. Had everything you needed. Very secure.
