Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Ein wunderbares Hotel in jeglicher Hinsicht! Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst bemüht unserem Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen - und das ist denen absolut gelungen. Wir haben an mehrere hauseigene Aktivitäten teilgenommen, und die waren alle sehr bereichernd. Das Hotel vermietet auch Elektroroller, was genial ist um die Gegend zu erkunden. Der Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer ist grandios, und alles andere auch stimmig.

Cons:

Manche Mitarbeiter haben nur eher dürftige Englischkenntnisse. Es wäre vom Vorteil wenn immer eine Person an der Rezeption arbeiten würde, welche gut Englisch spricht, denn sonst könnte es passieren, dass das tolle hauseigene Angebot an "rich Chinese cultural activities" nicht verständlich kommuniziert wird, was dann wirklich schade wäre.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, very nice, clean and large room. We enjoyed the tcm massage and the bath in our room. Also it was convenient that we could rent scooters directly from the hotel.. Great way to explore the beautiful surroundings. Also the staff was so nice to refund us one night when we left one day earlier. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Cons:

The only downside is that the staff dont speak English but they do go make a really big effort and Google Translate does the rest so it wasn't an issue. .. and the weather in January wasn't great (a very cold week with 2degrees), but that's something the hotel can't do anything about :)

Fabulous zen experience with incredibly friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous vegetarian restaurants in the restaurant. Easy to rent mopeds. Super massage experience.

Cons:

The hotel has more buildings around it than the photos on Booking reflected but it did not affect our stay. Our hotel room did not overlook buildings, just agriculture and mountains

GREAT HOTEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WONDERFUL LANDSCAPE OF YANGSHUO
Pros:

A very nice hotel in the middle of rice fields, karstic mountains and all the beauty of the nature that this beautiful place has to offer . Even in winter the station I was , this hotel is one of the best for people going to Yangshuo. The Service is very special. The Staff helped me a lot in every moment. Specially grateful to Katie and Wendy, so special, so nice and so kind persons that gave me motivations to return someday to this hotel. The Zen concept in this hotel and its activities are very relaxing and are immersed on the natural landscape of the place. The room is big and nice, the bathroom is also very good. the views from my windows were absolutely stunning .

Cons:

Breakfast should be contain more alternatives of food, vegetables, types of bread and a coffee machine. Its worth an improvement

Przepiękny widok.
Pros:

Wspaniały widok. Dobre śniadania. Obsługa fantastyczna. Super lokalizacja bo z dala od “Disneyland’u”. Masaż oklepywania był trochę za mocny jak na europejskie standardy. Bardzo pomocna obsługa pomimo braku angielskiego.

Lovely stay to explore Yangshuo
Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel, quiet and with a stunning landscape and view. The hotel is nicely decorated and rooms are tasteful and well equipped with great shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good as well and tasted wholesome and healthy. I appreciated their focus on Chinese culture - with activities available for guests to experience tea appreciation, massage etc. They also helped us to arrange transport to the Liu San Jie show as well as the station.

Cons:

For someone who usually prefers firm beds, even I found the bed at the hotel to be too hard and uncomfortable - would be perfect otherwise!

Very 'Zen' stay at the historic town of Yangshuo
Pros:

We stayed at a family room and it was spacious indeed with three separate beds, and the room came with a dedicated area with mats installed for tea session within the room overlooking the mountain. The window has specific bug nets built so even when we had the window opened (for fresh air), there were no mosquitoes/flies in our room. The view of course was great overlooking the Yangshuo mountains. The atmosphere of the hotel was consistent with the name of the hotel, so very zen indeed!

Cons:

Choices for breakfast could be better. There is also no complimentary transportation to other areas in Yangshuo, which other hotels in the area offer.

The staffs were really warm and welcoming. We have a 2.5 years old and she was truly welcomed at the property. We also loved the food at the restaurant, totally recommend eating there. We had multiple meals at the restaurant, it’s healthy and delicious

Wonderful, relaxing and spectacular views.
Pros:

A beautiful setting, relaxing, calm, a very comfortable bed and views of the mountains among farmland. The staff were really helpful, especially Cathy, the front desk manager. She could not do more for us, organised everything we needed.

It was Christmas time so the pool was not in use, but we enjoyed the tea ceremony and also a massage.

We spent a day exploring the tea plantations of Qixian Peak and a short hike up to the peak of Xianggong Mountain, ending with a raft ride on the Yulong river. Cathy organised a driver for us for the day. It was such a wonderful way to spend Christmas Day!

We were also able to hire scooters to explore the local area for a very reasonable price.

Cathy really was so helpful as were all the staff at the hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was the Internet was not very good, but that was ok. We enjoyed the peace and the amazing view from the balcony.
