Amazing view and wonderful staff faultless stay

I absolutely loved my stay here the perfect first stay in China all the staff were incredibly helpful and positive and made my stay feel like I was in a home from home always suggesting great things to do and helping me with any and all questions I had throughout my stay. Mr Shark was very helpful and the Tai Chi lesson with master Andy was superb and a must do. The kitchen team here are also incredible every meal felt like a luxury and they were always so helpful. This place is a dream the view is insane and the hotel sits perfectly amongst the mountains your bedroom view really is as good as it looks in the photos. One of the best stays I have had.

Hôtel très bien situé, vue exceptionnelle. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et chaleureux, toujours disponible et prêt à aider avec le sourire. Chambre propre et confortable, au calme, avec une literie agréable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix : je recommande sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai volontier.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Ein wunderbares Hotel in jeglicher Hinsicht! Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst bemüht unserem Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen - und das ist denen absolut gelungen. Wir haben an mehrere hauseigene Aktivitäten teilgenommen, und die waren alle sehr bereichernd. Das Hotel vermietet auch Elektroroller, was genial ist um die Gegend zu erkunden. Der Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer ist grandios, und alles andere auch stimmig.

Cons:

Manche Mitarbeiter haben nur eher dürftige Englischkenntnisse. Es wäre vom Vorteil wenn immer eine Person an der Rezeption arbeiten würde, welche gut Englisch spricht, denn sonst könnte es passieren, dass das tolle hauseigene Angebot an "rich Chinese cultural activities" nicht verständlich kommuniziert wird, was dann wirklich schade wäre.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, very nice, clean and large room. We enjoyed the tcm massage and the bath in our room. Also it was convenient that we could rent scooters directly from the hotel.. Great way to explore the beautiful surroundings. Also the staff was so nice to refund us one night when we left one day earlier. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Cons:

The only downside is that the staff dont speak English but they do go make a really big effort and Google Translate does the rest so it wasn't an issue. .. and the weather in January wasn't great (a very cold week with 2degrees), but that's something the hotel can't do anything about :)

Fabulous zen experience with incredibly friendly and helpful staff

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous vegetarian restaurants in the restaurant. Easy to rent mopeds. Super massage experience.

Cons:

The hotel has more buildings around it than the photos on Booking reflected but it did not affect our stay. Our hotel room did not overlook buildings, just agriculture and mountains

GREAT HOTEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WONDERFUL LANDSCAPE OF YANGSHUO
Pros:

A very nice hotel in the middle of rice fields, karstic mountains and all the beauty of the nature that this beautiful place has to offer . Even in winter the station I was , this hotel is one of the best for people going to Yangshuo. The Service is very special. The Staff helped me a lot in every moment. Specially grateful to Katie and Wendy, so special, so nice and so kind persons that gave me motivations to return someday to this hotel. The Zen concept in this hotel and its activities are very relaxing and are immersed on the natural landscape of the place. The room is big and nice, the bathroom is also very good. the views from my windows were absolutely stunning .

Cons:

Breakfast should be contain more alternatives of food, vegetables, types of bread and a coffee machine. Its worth an improvement

Przepiękny widok.
Pros:

Wspaniały widok. Dobre śniadania. Obsługa fantastyczna. Super lokalizacja bo z dala od “Disneyland’u”. Masaż oklepywania był trochę za mocny jak na europejskie standardy. Bardzo pomocna obsługa pomimo braku angielskiego.
