On ne peut rien faire sans faire venir un taxi que l’on doit attendre.
Repas du soir très coûteux (30€/personne)
Personnel présent et dévoué, mais trop parfois.
Pas d’événements ou d’animations sur place.
L'ensemble - le petit déjeuner - le calme - la piscine bien isolée
Tout était parfait si ce n'est que nous avons été un peu déçu du véhicule qui était un minibus pour 2 en lieu et place d'un transport plus intimiste et plus confortable.

Le personnel au top ! Accueil incroyable de la part de Adil, j'ai beaucoup voyagé à travers le monde et franchement c'est un des meilleurs accueils que j'ai reçu, je me suis senti comme chez moi. Les installations sont au top également (piscine, terrain de foot, court de tennis), le tout étant très bien sécurisé, tranquille et à 20 minutes en voiture de Gueliz.

L’emplacement au top l’espace immense , la propreté rien à dire, l’accueil de mr Adil au petit soins et disponible, aucune remarques
La pisicine chauffer aurait été un bon plus pour pouvoir en profiter à toutes heures car malgré la saison de haute chaleur, la pisicine est quand même fraîche aux heures tardives (même avec frais supplémentaires pas de problème)

Maybe a shower outside at the pool would be nice.
De rust en privacy van de villa waren fantastisch. Alles was schoon en goed onderhouden. We hebben drie heerlijke maaltijden per dag gekregen, klaargemaakt door drie ontzettend lieve vrouwelijke koks. Het eten was superlekker en de service was echt top. Ook de tuin en het zwembad waren perfect om te ontspannen.

we had a hard time fining the resort entrance because there are no signs on the gates
most tv channels don't work, I informed the reception staff but nothing was done
the deposit refund was slow
Great villa with super helpful staff! We loved our stay with my friends. The villa is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the residence is safe.
I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!
The breakfast was disappointing. It could have had more Moroccan specialties (Khlie, Harcha, etc). Instead it only had mlawi.
Keep in mind that the villa is far from the city center. It takes 20-25 min to get there so you need a driver any time you want to leave. I don't think it's a problem because I personally prefer to be far from the mess of the city center.

Location, breakfast, pool, size of the property and quite location, 20 mins from the busy city center.
Everything was great, maybe a bit more privacy when renting a villa (too many workers walking around the pool in and out)
