Peccato per la «titolarietà»

La piscina era abbastanza pulita, ma con orari di apertura e chiusura. La camera era sufficientemente pulita.

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi non funziona e nemmeno la televisione in camera. Non vengono forniti shampoo o bagnoschiuma, ma soltanto due piccole bustine di sapone, del tutto insufficienti anche per un breve soggiorno. La colazione è composta quasi esclusivamente da prodotti confezionati di scarsa qualità.
Diverse informazioni importanti non sono riportate al momento della prenotazione, ma vengono comunicate soltanto successivamente, e addirittura con meno di 24 ore di anticipo. Ad esempio, l’obbligo di indossare la cuffia in piscina (da acquistare quindi in struttura a pagamento) e l’impossibilità di utilizzare la piscina sia prima del check-in sia dopo il check-out.
L’aspetto più grave è stato il comportamento dello staff. Durante la colazione siamo stati trattati in modo estremamente scortese da un addetto della struttura che si presentava in canottiera e visibilmente sudato all’interno della sala colazioni. Dopo averci letteralmente sbattuto una porta in faccia, si è rivolto a noi con toni aggressivi e frasi discriminatorie. Si è qualificato come «la titolarietà» (???) della struttura. Questo individuo ha avuto atteggiamenti intimidatori e privi della minima cortesia, davanti a tutti gli altri ospiti, creando un clima di forte disagio per tutti.
Avevamo regolarmente pagato il supplemento previsto per il cane e in nessun momento ci era stato comunicato che gli animali non fossero ammessi nell’area colazione. Era quindi impossibile per noi saperlo. Viaggiamo sempre con il nostro cane e non ci era mai capitato di ricevere un trattamento tanto ostile e mortificante.
Purtroppo, la totale incapacità dello staff di comunicare con educazione e rispetto emerge chiaramente anche dalle risposte istrioniche e aggressive che la struttura fornisce alle recensioni negative. Un soggiorno in una struttura ricettiva dovrebbe essere un’esperienza rilassante e serena; purtroppo, questa struttura non è votata all’ospitalità.

Hotel muy tranquilo, muy limpio. La habitación cuádruple bastante cómoda, grande y muy bien iluminada. Aunque no tenía parking se puede aparcar perfectamente en los alrededores.
Piscina estupenda, pero si tienes pelo largo te obligan a llevar gorro.
Buena ubicación, muy cercana a la reserva de Lo Zingaro.

Cons:

El desayuno: no había aceite de oliva!!! Solo pan de molde y ningún otro tipo de pan. Poca variedad de embutidos, queso o jamón… si llegas a partir de las 9 no lo reponen ( pregunté al personal por jamón cocido y me dijeron que se había acabado) Era como si quisieran terminar lo antes posible para irse.

Nice and relaxed stay close to San Vito Lo Capo and other beautiful beaches
Pros:

We had quite good sized room with very comfy bed, good working aircon, little fridge. We also used their paid underground parking so its very convenient to walk down to the car directly from the room, which you appreciate in very hot and sunny weather. We also used their outside swimming pool and enjoyed one morning around the pool in nice relaxed atmosfere together with other quests. Owner, his wife and son was also very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Shower in our room should be repaired as there was a leak from the hose. Also breakfast could do with more food variety, if I compare them to our other stays in Sicilly. Also worth to mention, that if you have long hair you must wear a swimming cap, which you can buy from the hotel (luckily men does not need that :) )
