The condo is absolutely beautiful and gated. They also have a security guard that greets you when you arrive, informs you of rules and guides you where to go. The beach is literally steps away from the condo so make sure to save a day to just relax and enjoy the local beach. The first night we had no hot water but I’m guessing it was because it wasn’t used for a while, after that we were good to go. Staying here is like staying in Vegas, they never sleep, always a fiesta going on, you get to listen to mariachi, dj and people just having fun and singing. Keep in mind that the navigation might take you to a completely different area, search the gym. The condo is across from the gym. There’s a washer so do not worry about dirty laundry. You have all the amenities and a beautiful rooftop. Overall stay was amazing even though we had no time to enjoy the pools or gym so I do recommend a relaxing day to enjoy the beautiful stay at these condos. You have all the food options outside, street vendors and bars. If you do need a pharmacy, there’s plenty all over the place, you are staying in a excellent location, there’s even a mall about 7-10 minute walk, next to the cafe you can even rent a car or a bike. There’s literally everything around this place. Happy stays.

Other than infrequent contact from the rental agent, this was a great place. We had 4 people in a 3 bedroom condo. We had lots of room. The location was great. At the end of the two weeks we did have issues with the kitchen sink. It was clogged. I tried a plunger to no avail. The rental company didn’t get my email. When Marcos showed up Saturday morning he was surprised. M only way to contact Marcos was by email as my phone didn’t work in Mexico. I’m not sure what the issue was, but we weathered it nonetheless.

Loved this place. Very spacious and had everything you would at a home. Even though we didn't use any of the stuff. It was there if necessary. Pool was nice. I would stay here again for sure. And I'm recommending it friends and family.

The size and location of the property were perfect. Unfortunately, two of the showers didn’t drain properly. There’s nothing like a bad shower experience to start your day. The property owner was good at answering our questions when we had them. The pool area was fantastic. However, the pictures of the property make it seem like the beach is half a block away. Well, I guess you could say it is, but it’s just gross. It was where the fishing boats all anchor and cut up the fish. Needless to say, it smelled bad. Mamitas beach was only a five minute walk away and was wonderful! The sand was the nicest I’ve ever seen.

The condo is very centrally located and easy to find. The unit was clean and well equipped. The property manager Mario was very communicative and checked on us throughout our vacation. I would rebook in the future.

Pros:

This is a very nice beachfront property. The apartment layout was awesome! 2 floors, 2 balconies, private hot tub. And the even had a washer for laundry.

Can see the rust from the sea water. Preoperty starting to age. And they could have done a better job cleaning.

Ultimately a great place! I'd love to stay again

I wish I knew before I booked, Choose wisely

Where do I start? Scale of 1-10, I will rate this experience a 4!
Property is close to the beach, BUT you don’t want to visit that particular beach. It’s not swim friendly and dirty AF.
The property at first glance is nice. The actual unit I booked is 2 stories with all you need. When you look a little closer you realize certain amenities that typically come in a property rental. Upstairs bedroom has no TV neither does main livingroom, upstairs bathroom has plumbing issues, (shower flooding) toilet not flushing properly. There is no one on site to address those concerns additionally there are no extra linens anywhere or blankets, pillows toilet paper, or trash bags for you to use if needed. The property management company that I booked through is virtually nonexistent online if you need some thing and call the telephone number no one answers. I attempted to call them even before my trip began for basic information And no one picks up or returns messages through the Hotels.com app. Another thing is the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. Signal shows full strength, but not even for a basic google search. Inside of the unit there is a staircase with no hand railing or safety feature to avoid an accidents especially if you have small children.
The property appears to be in pretty decent shape it has a very nice pool area and garden and the upkeep is great. It has two pools that are NOT heated, so be prepared because it is pretty damn cold. All in all There are other options!!

Close to everything in Playa!
Pros:

Very large apartment 175 steps from the beach! 1 block from 5th Avenue. Perfect location. Security guard there 24/7. Safe area. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Beautiful pool, elevator, full kitchen with all equipment. Balcony with partial ocean view. Clean, modern. Concierge easily available through the What App. Great value for what we spent.
