Horrible hotel, 1 star is more fitting.
Pros:

Intent was to book the room for the same day but in the am and it automatically booked for pm. We understand that there is a no cancelation policy but when we book another on the other side of town opposite way that was way more expensive and higher end, they understood that we made a mistake and gave us a refund. Not Days Inn in Des Moines with Nancy as the manager. She was rude when we asked for the refund, so rude that they even said they were willing to keep that little amount and lose a customer so we paid and didn't even stay. No need to be rude, will NEVER go back again. Keep the money, its all sleep inn in des moines with Nancy as their mananger care about.

This was a layover on our way home from Arizona back to Wisconsin
Pros:

The location was easily accessible from the highway. Very close to dining options.
The breakfast was fair but not something I would say I had to have.

Cons:

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, check in was easy and we requested first floor room, which was given to us. We only stayed one night, so our experience was fine.

Great stay! Slept amazing and breakfast was great.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very polite. The bed was VERY comfortable! 10/10 would stay there again!

Pros:

Excellent location, with easy-on and easy-off the highway. The price for a night’s stay was an excellent value. The staff was friendly, check-in was quick and easy.

Cons:

It was very noisy outside, with a loud motorbike and loud traffic that disturbed my sleep. I rated it 6 because of that; however everything else was quite nice.

Cons:

Only drawback…Lighting in the room. Not bright enough in the bathroom when applying makeup or anywhere else. We all agreed this was the only thing we did not like about the facility.

A little hard to spot from the street because it’s tucked behind a daycare and other businesses. Needs more signage on entrance road and facing street
