Pros:

Location is convenient

Cons:

I traveled alone. I did not like being on 1st floor. Did not feel safe. Also, am not handicapped but had a handicap room. Also, was next to a laundry or watersoftner running. The noise kept me awake

A few minor complaints but overall a good value
Pros:

Location seemed safe. Room was good sized and at a good price.

Cons:

Soap was used and no new one left. Showered with shampoo. Clerk had no personality and a smile would have broke his face. No one at desk in morning so didn’t get a receipt.

It was disappointing due to the rude clerk when I checked in. Than I was unable to take a hot bath after a long drive.

Location & excellent breakfast

Cons:

The check in clerk was rude. The pool looked big in the pictures on line but was exceptionally small. When I checked in I asked clerk to make sure it was a bathtub room as I really wanted to soak my sore body, after getting in the tub the plug to bottom of the tub was broken. I stayed at the Norton location couple days prior and was an excellent welcoming clerk, & excellent room. So I thought I would stay again in this hotel chain.

Staff was very friendly. Building and room was very clean. Good variety in breakfast food

Cons:

The bath towels need to be bigger. The comforter and blanket needed to be longer so it comes up to your neck.
