No complaints of hotel or staff at all.
Pros:

Staff was beyond friendly, the service was great, the building was clean, the room was clean, anything we asked for it was brought to our door within minutes.. (extra pillows and towels). The free breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

Pulling in and out of traffic is a bit difficult because of the location and the surrounding public parking. Not much space for mobility in front of the building, especially with multiple vehicles.

Pros:

Comfortable big room and location near to Manhattan

Cons:

It is not customer friendly. As I was staying for 8 days I want leave my bogs at counter as I was travelling to Myrtle beach for 2 days they refused . After some pressure they charged me 10 US per day
