Perfect getaway space for mommy and me vacations
Pros:

Private garage for guest only, close to American Dream Mall, super friendly staff - they went above and beyond to make our experience feel special! Food was good as well and the kiddies loved the pool (nice view of NYC)

Nothing, extremely pleased and will book again in the near future!

Pros:

The front desk staff are amazing! We were there for our anniversary and got a complimentary upgrade to our room. The place is very clean and bed was so comfy! A plus was having a secured parking garage too. I loved everything about this place and will definitely stay again

Pros:

Staff was warm and friendly upon arrival and during the entire stay up to departure. It was very conveniently close to shopping malls as well as the shuttle accommodations to the city and American Dream. The room was clean and not only havi ny the fridge was a bonus brutal so the microwave was extra handy as well. The pool was clean and very warm will definitely be back for another stay!

Pros:

The hotel was generally clean, and the room was tidy and well arranged. This was the main positive point of our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations, especially considering we paid around $500 for one room. The biggest issue was the water, which had a very strong chlorine taste and smell, both from the sink and in the shower. There was also no proper drinking water provided, and if you wanted bottled water, you had to buy it from reception for $3 per bottle, which felt unreasonable given the room price. The reception staff completed the check-in process, but the attitude was very dry and unwelcoming. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited variety and small portions. Some basic items, such as juice, were not included and required an extra charge, and some items that were said to be available turned out not to be available when requested. Overall, while the hotel was clean, the service, hospitality, and breakfast quality did not match the price we paid.
