Un lieu agréable pour passer une nuit.
Pros:

La chambre était agréable, propre, à distance du bruit extérieur (une foire côté port)

Salle de bien, WC, séparée de la chambre.

Une bonne organisation pour récupérer les clefs et instructions.

Cons:

L'heure limite pour quitter la chambre est 11h.

Heureusement nous étions prêts à 9h45, la femme de ménage, sans même frapper, a commencé à ouvrir la porte et nous voyant dans la chambre s'est excusée et à refermé la porte. Nous n'avons pas apprécié cette intrusion matinale.

L’accueil à la réception était très sympathique. L’environnement général est soigné et propre. La chambre, l’espace repas ainsi que la salle de bain étaient également très propres, ce qui est appréciable.

Cons:

En revanche, un point négatif à signaler : les WC sont trop proches du mur et les patères sont trop bas sur la porte Mon compagnon s’est d’ailleurs cogné le nez à cause de cela.

Proximité lieu de travail et commerce. Matelas comfortable, salle de bain spacieuse et propre. WC propre.

Cons:

Terre sur le sol devant la porte de la salle de bain. Patères mal fixées, baignoire avec éclat, chambre mal agencée, minimaliste en terme de déco et de mobilier.

Pros:

Je reviens de mon séjour à cet établissement pour la deuxième fois et je suis toujours aussi conquise ! L'ambiance y est très agréable et on s'y sent vraiment à l'aise. La piscine est un vrai plus, et l'emplacement de la résidence est idéal, avec tout à proximité. Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La Rochelle est une ville superbe, tout est accessible, et on se sent vraiment en sécurité et en tranquillité. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, je reviendrai sans hésiter pour une troisième fois !
