Hôtel plein de charme, accueil chaleureux et renseignements très utiles sur la ville.
Pros:

L’aménagement des lieux intérieur et extérieur est réalisé avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. L’hôtesse est très agréable et partage des infos pertinentes sur les aspects pratiques et culturels de Rouen. Merci !

A charming family run hotel
Pros:

A lovely looking hotel in the heart of the old city. There is underground secure parking across the road, the hotel is easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious served in the delightful tea room that is the heart of this hotel.

Cons:

The room and the bathroom are a bit worn and dated but we felt this was fairly reflected in the room rate.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le vieux Rouen.Le décor est plein de charme avec une terrassequi doit être très agréable quand le soleil est au rendez-vous, ce qui n'était pas le cas lors de mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon et copieux avec des produits locaux. Le personnel est aimable.

Cons:

Le confort est un peu simple et l'absence d'ascenceur peut être un souci.

Great location but don’t bring a car
Pros:

Location was great and building quaint

Cons:

The room I had was on the 3rd floor and poor. No shower just a bath under the eves. You can not drive to the hotel. After an hour of trying I had to park 0.9 miles away and walk with luggage.
