Alles gut, wir sind zufrieden mit diese Hotel Holiday Inn Express Alexanderplatz.
Strategische Straße, Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Frühstuck ist auch sehr zufrieden und alle Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben unser Aufenhalt verlängern. Die zweite Tag bekommen wir Parkplatz im Hotel. Der erste Tag bekommen wir keine Parkplatz, währen es voll war. Wir haben vergessen bei Booking.com Parkplatz reservieren zu buchen. So wir haben unser Auto draußen geparked.

I was expecting third full bed as I ordered and had chair (not very comfortable) that was expanded instead. Foul smell (like sewage) right at the lobby - few times. Noise from the street - sirens from emergency vehicles

Piisavalt rikkalik hommikusöök. Asukoht oli väga hea - metroopeatus hotellist kohe üle tee ja Aleksanderplatzi metroojaam ka lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Metrood ja ronge kasutades oli mugav vaatamisväärsuste juurde liikuda. Hotellis oli vaikne ja tuba oli mugav.

Hotel má veľmi dobrú polohu, priamo pred hotelom je vchod do stanice metra. Personál na recepcii bol veľmi ochotný a nápomocný. Široký výber raňajok. Hoci sa hotel nachádza priamo na rušnej ulici, izby boli odhlučnené veľmi dobrými oknami. Určite využijem aj nabudúce.

El hotel es muy grande y moderno con instalaciones cómodas a poca distancia de estaciones de subte y tren . Muy linda la habitación , silenciosa la calle . Excelente ducha , todo muy moderno . El desayuno muy abundante y variado . Quiero destacar la amabilidad y buena predisposición del staff de recepción ; en nuestra habitación no podíamos apagar el TV con el control remoto y el extractor del baño quedaba permanentemente prendido . Se desvivieron por resolverlo pero era fin de semana y feriado y no era posible por lo cual nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación . Decidimos no cambiarnos , ninguna de las dos cosas era importante para nosotros . Destaco con 10 puntos la atención y dedicación recibida . Sin dudas volveria
