Nice, comfortable hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Rotes Rathaus/Alexanderplatz and the U2 underground line is steps away from the hotel, so that was convenient. We also found the room to be very quiet at nighttime. However there was only one chair in the room. There was plenty of space to put a small sofa or even a second chair so that both people in the room could have a place to sit besides the bed. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices each morning.

Cons:

The parking lot is very small. Bigger vehicles will have a difficult time getting in and out. We reserved a parking spot several weeks before our stay. When we arrived, there was only one spot free that was quite difficult to get into.

Perfecte locatie
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie, uitstekende locatie
fijn dat wij een parkeerplaats in de garage hebben kunnen reserveren

Bij het ontbijt waren er te weinig zitplaatsen, erg rommelig en onrustig

Cómodo, agradable y excelente servicio
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, especialmente la señorita de la mañana que nos ayudó con el tema del taxi de regreso. Muy buen desayuno, muy completo.
