Great location, friendly helpful staff, very accessible, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location was excellent. We required an accessible room for my son who is a wheelchair user, my husband shared with him & I shared with our other son. We were given interconnecting rooms, which was perfect.
The breakfast had an excellent array of options with the hot breakfasts changing each day.
The hotel was very clean & tidy in all areas.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

A very pleasant and cozy central stay
Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was classy, clean and quiet despite the street in front (even on first floor), the hotel is within a walking distance of Alexanderplatz, Nikolaiviertel, U-Bahn Klosterstern (U2) and S-Bahn Jannowitzbrücke. The breakfast was good, although pretty busy at peak time between 9:30 and 10h. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom and a kettle, coffee, tea and sugar in the room. The bed was firm and comfy and there were two pillows for each side.

Cons:

The bathroom door has a self-closing mechanism and if you do not pay attention, it slams shut.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont nettoyées qu'un jour sur deux. Pour le prix, c'est étonnant.

Excellent breakfast with a fantastic selection of healthy, delicious food as well as plenty of tempting guilty pleasures!

A fantastic hotel, located a little away from Alexanderplatz, but since we had Berlin WelcomeCards for our entire stay, getting around was never a problem. We often just hopped on the U-Bahn and travelled one stop to Alexanderplatz. The longest we ever had to wait for a train was just three minutes, in either direction!

This is a really enjoyable hotel with a great atmosphere. The staff were lively, friendly and genuinely helpful. Not the kind of artificial politeness you sometimes encounter, but people who really seemed happy to help and make guests feel welcome.

I did notice, however, that one member of staff during dinner service and a woman at reception seemed to be under considerable pressure at times.

The rooms are excellent overall. I'm taking off one star out of five because there are no shelves or cupboards for storing underwear, socks and other small personal belongings. A little more storage space would make a big difference.

I should also mention what I consider a typical "German hotel problem": the almost complete lack of English-language TV channels. This seems to be the case in practically every hotel I've stayed at in Germany.

Housekeeping was absolutely first-class, and the cleanliness was outstanding.

All in all, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, staff and breakfast. Would stay again. Rooms are very hot though.

Great location, great staff who are very attentive, the breakfast has good selection and appeared to have vegan options for those who are vegan. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Cons:

Unsure if it’s because we stayed in October where it’s quite cool in Berlin but the rooms were very hot at night and the aircon doesn’t work.
