Cons:

There was a lack of communication with the reservation team. We encountered an issue with our reservation, and the staff informed us it was unresolvable without offering any alternative solutions. This was a highly unsatisfactory hotel experience.

The double room is not very comfortable for 2 persons. There is only one armchair with a small table, no wardrobe which makes the overall stay very uncomfortable for two individuals.
