Very good restaurant, excellent breakfast, located in quiet residential area, large rooms, very clean
The location is pleasant, seems like an upscale semi residential area, surrounded with nice restaurants and hotels, near the main attractions. The room is big and comfortable. Very few guests stayed during our nights , it feels quiet and exclusive.
The restaurant area (garden & indoor) is great. We had many two dinners and breakfasts, lots of variety in food and delicious.
The decoration and design of the lobby can be improved to match the overall vibe of the estate

Good points: friendly and helpful staff; good shower; decent breakfast with dishes cooked to order available.
Bad points: wi-fi signal was rarely able to reach my room (on the 2nd floor); the mattress was very hard; the AC unit is very loud and randomly makes noises throughout the night, even when switched off; monotonous and repetitive "muzak" playing in reception can be heard from the rooms, as early as 8am. The same music is played over and over in the restaurant - either turn it off or put some actual music on!
A perfect place with an excellent restaurant.
The only small downside is having to walk up two floors since there’s no lift.

This is a really great place to stay in Samarkand. Huge beds and huge rooms. The rooms have huge wardrobes, a fridge, kettle, safe, and a coffee maker. The bed is the biggest I've seen, but it's a little hard. It's close to Registan Square and a huge number of nice restaurants, even has its own restaurant attached that serves some great steak. The breakfast is really nice - you'll have a personal table with samsa and lots of snacks, and be able to order a specific breakfast on top.

歩いて5分程の場所には、コンビニや買い物もする所もあり利便性は良かったです。
隣がトルコ大使館なので夜も静かでした。
しかし部屋の冷房が壊れており殆ど効かず我慢をして利用をしていましたが、それに加えて洋室の天井から水が漏れてきたので部屋を交換をお願いしました。
変更は俊敏に、してくれましたが冷房が最初の部屋より効きが悪く最低温度の17度に設定しても殆どサウナ状態でした。
再度フロントにお願いしようとしましたが次の日にチェックアウトをするので、荷物を片すのも大変なため我慢しましたが大変でした。
ホテルが綺麗なだけに非常にガッカリでした。
部屋の交換の対応は早かったので良かったと思います。
サマルカンド新市街の幹線道路から少し入り込んだところにあります。
目立ちませんが、中は綺麗で部屋も広々としており気持ちよく滞在ができました。
併設のレストランは市内でも人気店のようで、朝食も気の利いたものでした。

I loved this hotel. It’s not exactly walkable to the historic attractions (though I did walk from the hotel to them), but it’s near a lot of restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and the staff was great and the room was huge.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The room was cozy, clean, and bright, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with a special focus on fresh pastries and fruits. I will definitely come back here again!
