A great place to stay. Would definitely stay there if I were to return to the area.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff were lovely, the water pressure in the shower was great, the best coffee I've had in Chile. A quiet tranquil setting after a busy few days in Torres del paine.

Cons:

The toilet in our room was about a foot too low.

Outstanding property, exceptional service and great restaurant.
Pros:

Outstanding family owned, private hotel with a relentless focus on guest satisfaction. Super property overlooking a fabulous view of the water and mountains, away from the town so quiet yet accessible to get to town by walking or taking an Uber. We ate all of the meals at the hotel restaurant, which was exceptional.

The house cats were special!

Cons:

Nothing.

Well one small point - the room was missing a smoke detector which is easy to address.

Wunderbare, entspannte Tage in einem herrlichen Ort

Das Frühstück war exzellent, liebevoll, persönlich, reichhaltig, außerdem flexibel serviert. (6.00 an einem Tag!). Sehr schön hergerichtet. Die Zimmer wunderschön - bodentiefe Fenster, sehr klar und hochwertig mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet, hervorragende Betten. Das Abendessen exquisit. Und der Blick ...! Das Personal - es ist ein Familienbetrieb der besten Art, und das spürt man sehr. Sogar die drei Katzen sind Geschwister. :)

Cons:

Gar nichts. Nur länger wären wir gerne geblieben. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Beautiful room but overpriced for what you get
Pros:

Beautiful room and kind/accommodating staff.

Cons:

The price was not worth it in our opinion. We think there are hotels that are just as nice or maybe slightly less so for a much more reasonable price. My dinner was quite good but my boyfriend’s steak was overcooked and chewy. The road was also quite close to the property but didn’t notice noise.

Highly recommended. Excellent location for commencing travel to the scenic areas of Puerto Natales and Torres del Paine
Pros:

Loved the location but most of all the simplicity and quality of the building together with the subtle ‘silencio’ signs for guest sleeping quarters.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Simple Patagonia. We had a few tours booked that required very early starts, and the staff were really accommodating when it came to arranging early breakfasts for us. The location was very peaceful, and there didn't seem to be any noise transfer between rooms. Everything was comfortable and well appointed. We did the walk to/from PN on our first day, it takes about an hour. Otherwise the hotel can arrange taxis for you or you can use Uber. The cats were an added bonus!

Cons:

Nothing!! A spa would have made it perfect 😀

Pros:

The hotel is very simple, comfortable with magnificent views from each room and the restaurant. It is a 30 minute walk along the water to the town of Puerto Natales. The airport is 5-10 minutes away. A great stop before entering into the Torres del Paine Park. The 1.5 hr ride from there to Torres del Paine entrance is mainly on a dirt road with magnificent views the entire way.

Wonderful, a nice treat/splurge. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

The location on the water and near the airport is both stunning and convenient. Love the architecture, it really works with the landscape and is beautiful and cozy. The food was amazing, we had both dinner and breakfast and would’ve eaten there again and again.

Cons:

Since we were finishing a big hike, a hot tub or sauna would’ve been a nice bonus, but not necessary.

Se decidir se hospedar fora do Parque, esse é o hotel pra se hospedar em Puerto Natales!

Um hotel que recomendo muito. Tem o essencial, mas tudo com
bom gosto, e cuidado, excelente cafe da manha. A equipe é muito gentil, atenciosa, e a vista é deslumbrante! Foi uma estadia deliciosa, com tudo que precisavamos!!

Great stay overall in Puerto Natales
Pros:

We really liked the Simple Patagonia hotel with the comfortable rooms, nice views and lounge areas along with enjoyed having the cats around.
