Pros:

Gar nicht die Unterkunft wurde bestätigt und als wir ankamen war keine Buchung vorhanden. Uns wurde ein anderes Hotel dort empfohlen. Es war die schlimmste Nacht mit dreckigen Bad und Kakerlaken.

- location was nice
- mattress was nice

Cons:

- they have no room service or belloboy it's a botique hotel marketed as a 3 star
- the rooms are insanely small, they have provided wrong room size on booking.com
- the in room amenities were not available
- the restaurant food was extremely oily and spicy

Duschwand + Duschvorhang trennt, WC und Waschbecken gegen Spritzwasser ab.
Shampoo, Duschgel, Handseife im Spender.
Zahnbürte, Rasierer, Kamm, Duschmütze zusätzlich an der Rezeption verfügbar.
Gesamt: Ausgesprochen ordentllch und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Matratze sehr, sehr weich.
Keine unserer deutschen Kreditkarten funktionierte für die Zahlung!

The friendly staff.

Cons:

No complains as such, however, as I have used the place from it's conception, I can only suggest keeping and maintaining the place the same way as was in the beginning would serve as a great asset, and take the Hotel a long way. Little bits and pieces needs to be fixed.

The location was great.

Cons:

The staff were rude and unprofessional. Rooms were not up to the standards of a chain hotel. Bedsheets were stained and seemed like used ones. Compact rooms as per the price. Not recommended for families and legal couples.
