Pros:

The reception staff who checked me in gave me the worst room 303 on 3rd floor, the Airconditioning unit in this room is installed on top of the rntrance door, it can't cool the room at all.
I had to fight to get my room changed till 1am in the night.
Very bad guest service experience

Pros:

It took ages to find my booking. You can imagine that after a long trip this is not ideal.

The bathroom had only one small towel (most hotels have several sizes to accommodate various needs - e.g. larger towels for women).

The bathroom mat, edges of the tiles, and the ceiling were mouldy.

Staff were helpful and very polite. I can’t fault them.

Pros:

The pool and gym.

Cons:

The hotel was not aware of my reservation on arrival, I took over 30min at the reception as they are sorting out my check-in..
The toilets are very raised in the rooms. If not tall you will need something to step on to use them. The reception informed me that all their rooms have toilets raised.
I paid cash(dollars)on checking in and I had some change to be refunded. I was informed that I would get the change during the course of my stay. By checkout time(4 nights stay), the change was not ready and I had to forfeit it since I had to leave to catch my flight.

Pros:

It's very well located in a quiet neighbourhood that's easy to get to. I found the staff friendly and efficient. My room was clean, the a/c nice and quiet and had all I needed. There also is a well equipped gym and a couple of swimming pools which were popular with families

Excellent Hotel in Nice locality
Pros:

Excellent hotel in convenient quiet location. Meeting rooms were excellent. Rooms were clean and tidy with TV Channels. Breakfast was super with multiple choices. Value for money

Pros:

Lovely hotel , very comfortable, the room could do with a little tlc as it is starting to look tired but we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend...the staff are so helpful
