Ok and perhaps to be expected for the price but unfortunate
Pros:

Hotel was in a great position
Staff very helpful

Cons:

I’ve machine on 5th floor didn’t work
Small shop for drinks/waters etc was depleted and not re stocked the following day
Chef hadn’t turned up by 6.30am on our final morning so breakfast area was kept closed although advertised to be open from 6am

1st time in Charlotte and this will be our go to hotel.
Pros:

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in SouthPark was anything but short of amazing. I understand this isn't a five-star hotel, but they gave us five-star treatment the entire time we were there. The hotel has a great location, right across the street from the mall, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were comfy and a nice size — we had plenty of space. Having on-site parking is also a big plus. The staff was amazing and accommodated any needs we had.

My stay was awesome!
Pros:

The property was very clean. I am very leery about staying at hotels but this hotel was awesome! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great. I will use this property again in the future.

I loved the location.

Cons:

I did not like a particular dish that they sent me, and I sent it back. I also wasn't informed that incidental charges take days to disappear off of my bill.
