Good place to stay with a great location.
Pros:

Location in South Park is good. They have onsite parking which is nice. Hotel could use some upgrades, but it was overall good.

Cons:

Breakfast was average and kind of pricy. Getting in and out of parking arm, for some, was a challenge.

Very nice and the staff was very accommodating when we wanted to watch tv downstairs.

Pros:

The staff was personable and friendly. The accommodations were up to date and clean. We ran into two issues with our stay though. The hot water in our bathroom was inconsistent which didn't make for a lovely shower experience. We also found the rooms to be the opposite of sound proof. We could hear EVERYTHING that went on in the hallway and the rooms on either side of us (especially in the wee hours of the night).

Lovely stay in a lovely area in Charlotte
Pros:

Hilton Gardens Inn South Park Charlotte is very nice and huge. Just minutes from everything in South Park. We are flying out today and needed a place to stay overnight. Area is lovely and w add walkable.
