1st time in Charlotte and this will be our go to hotel.
Pros:

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in SouthPark was anything but short of amazing. I understand this isn't a five-star hotel, but they gave us five-star treatment the entire time we were there. The hotel has a great location, right across the street from the mall, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were comfy and a nice size — we had plenty of space. Having on-site parking is also a big plus. The staff was amazing and accommodated any needs we had.

My stay was awesome!
Pros:

The property was very clean. I am very leery about staying at hotels but this hotel was awesome! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great. I will use this property again in the future.

I loved the location.

Cons:

I did not like a particular dish that they sent me, and I sent it back. I also wasn't informed that incidental charges take days to disappear off of my bill.

Good place to stay with a great location.
Pros:

Location in South Park is good. They have onsite parking which is nice. Hotel could use some upgrades, but it was overall good.

Cons:

Breakfast was average and kind of pricy. Getting in and out of parking arm, for some, was a challenge.
