Breakfast limited Choice with very little variation daily. The staff started closing off breakfast approximately 15 minutes before the official end as to afford them the opportunity to leave as soon as the breakfast was closed.
Poor Hotel Management.
After 10 nights My family and were thrown out of this Hotel by Manager Anthony and Security for an email query for an over charge of $1111.85 on the threat of Police to remove us with security guards giving me my wife and my 15 year old child 30 mins to pack get our" ass" out of his hotel. In the middle of winter Traumatize
Upon checking in and registered my master card with Reservations the attendant verified that amount was paid in full when I requested the hotel to take the full payment for the 10 day stay. Via bookings.com I extended my stay by 1 night 3rd-4th Jan however Homewood Suites claimed the Bookings.com did not pay for our stay in full paid only $585
1- Room was set up with towels and Crockery for only 2 Guests although notice for 3 guests were addressed when booking
2- Heating was not working for the first 2 nights- Maintenance had to disconnect the thermostat to enable temperature of 85 degrees to be attained by using the manual controls on the units itself.
3. Scalding Hot water in Taps only/No Cold during the first day stay maintenance had to rectify some problem in the Boiler Room. Another event repeated itself on our return when my 15year old taking a shower at at 2 am. no maintenance was available to rectify the problem therefore I had to use purchased Spring water from Whole Foods for my child to wash off the soap on his body. At approximately 10:00am the Maintenance rectified the problem citing a plumbing design causing the problem.
3. 5 Days no quarters (0.25) available at the Front Desk for use of the Washing machine and Dryer Guest laundry on the second Floor
4. Housekeeping Poor cannot properly prepare beds/ no vacuuming of carpets and Kitchen tiled floor poorly mopped.
5. Housekeeping failed to refill Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Wash, for 8 Days all bottles were almost empty on our arrival Room was poorly Prepped. I had to remind Front Desk 4 Days in a row.
Room location
Light was out in bathroom, and mattress sheets were backwards 😴 😪 the most important room, this was disappointing for me and my wife.

Deeply Disappointed with Our Stay
We were truly looking forward to a relaxing leisure stay, as my husband and I have been married for 32 years and wanted to enjoy some time together in a nice place. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the very beginning.
It started with a prejudiced attitude at the front desk, which left us uneasy. When we finally went to our room to rest, we were shocked by its condition. There was thick dust on all the furniture, the bathroom was in terrible shape — the toilet had pink mold (which could easily be removed with basic cleaning), the shower glass door was misaligned and posed a safety risk, and the shower walls and floor also had the same pink mold as the toilet. There were hairs on the bathroom floor, very few towels, and one of them was dirty.
The pillows smelled dusty, the room looked completely different from the website photos, and all the cabinets and drawers were left open. The kitchen trash bins were dirty. It honestly felt like we had been placed in a room that hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.
I sent multiple messages to the hotel during our stay — all of them ignored. Interestingly, they sent us a welcome message at check-in and a “thank you for your stay” message after checkout, yet none of my concerns received a reply. This is complete disregard for guests.
Sadly, I cannot fully put into words the disappointment we felt during our three nights here. It was far from the relaxing and enjoyable experience we had hoped for.

On the 10th Day Stay Terrible Manager Anthony abused and traumatized my family and on the threat of police had hotel security throw us out of the hotel in the middle of winter for an email query for email sent questioning over charges on our credit cards.Hurled profane abuses at us. My wife, 15 year old Child and I were thrown out into the streets. Manager Anthony lied to hotel security and called police that my family was creating a disturbance in the hotel lobby and we are banned from the hotel. All untrue. We have the entire event recorded and presently we are contemplating legal action.
Nice area in town
Shower didn’t drain, staff were rude and hotel double charged me. Booking.com has done nothing to rectify the situation and now I’m dealing with a credit card dispute

Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.
The King suite was clean and stocked with everything you needed for your stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, too. The bar had great food and drinks, and the bartenders were friendly. The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing!! I highly recommend staying here.
The rooms were huge!
Overall stay was great . I was not a fan of the layout of the room . They need to relocate the bed , it’s to close to the bathroom. I do not like you don’t have maid service every day . Staff was great !
