Hermosas vistas, con detalles pero algo espectacular.
Pros:

Las vistas, la locacion es muy privilegiada.

Cons:

Que la estadia no abarque las 24 horas, solo 20, de 15 a 11 AM, hubiera preferido de 15 a 15. Y las instalaciones estaban algo dañadas.

Allereerst mijn complimenten aan Santiago. Hij was ontzettend behulpzaam en attent. Daarnaast was het een mooi ruim appartement met een perfecte ligging.

Cons:

- 1 keer in de 5 dagen schone handdoeken
- ontbijt was lekker maar veel te weinig
- had gehoopt wat aanspraak te hebben maar je ziet bijna niemand doordat het zo groot is en je elders ontbijt.

The reception staff were very friendly, especially Santiago! The location is simply supreme and super central. It was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The apt I stayed in needs an upgrade. Old finishes and the mattress was a bit worn. No wine glasses. The bottle opener was broken. No kitchen towel for drying dishes or cleaning surfaces. The bath towels were clean but need replacement, they were washed out. No comfy duvet, and the cover was also worn and needs replacement. The pictures of the apt and the reality was grossly misaligned.

La relación precio calidad es pésima. La tele del depto se veía pésimo, justo para la final del mundial, y no solucionaron el problema (grave ya que era el motivo de alquilarlo). El estacionamiento no es gratuito, cosa que te informan recién en recepción. El precio en recepción a la hora de pagar era mucho más alto que lo informado en la reserva. El proceso del check in y del ingreso a la habitación requiere bajar apps, habilitarlas, sacar contraseñas, fotos del dni, etc. Muy complicado todo. Faltaban utensilios de cocina para usar el hornito electrónico y no había microondas.

A localização é excelente, muito próximo de pontos turísticos importantes. O atendimento de maneira geral foi satisfatório. A acomodação estava bem equipada com utensilios do dia a dia. Os quartos são bastante aconchegantes.

Cons:

A limpeza deixou a desejar, chegamos no apartamento e tinha um odor forte de algo sujo, mesmo após a limpeza do pessoal não resolvou o problema. O shaft do prédio passava na parede de um dos quartos, fazendo com que o ruído ficasse alto todas as vezes que alguem estivesse usando as intalaçoes hidraulicas.
Um ponto importante de aviso: sempre filme o apartamento quando chegarem, filmem tudo para provar o estado em que receberam o imovel. Tivemos a infeliz surpresa de sermos "acusados" (após o check out) de vandalizar uma esquadria onde alguem escreveu palavras de baixo calão em espanhol. No fim foi resolvido, mas é extremamente desconfortável você ser acusado de algo injustamente e ainda existir a possibilidade de cobrarem uma taxa por isso.

Mala relación precio calidad
Pros:

La limpieza y el estado del apartamento no es para el precio que tiene. El proceso de check in es un abuso donde tenés que bajar app, hacer tu check in y volver a hacerlo presencial. Llenar tus datos en 4 lugares diferentes para que vendan tus datos. Aparte no hay llave, es con el celular, o sea, te quedas sin batería y es un problema. No volvería
