This is good hotel with good facilities as they are charging. Quality of food is good but they don`t have much variety of food. Staff is helpful specially security person at reception help us in providing car to travel day trip. Need maintenance.

The hotel location is good but the hotel has not been maintained well . The wifi in the rooms is poor, breakfast disappointing , rooms need a log of improvement, shower in bathroom not so good , broken handles on the wardrobe , safe not working , curtains don’t close properly .
Overall an average stay .

Regenta Inn Larica located in prime location is a no frills hotel with all necessary amenities.
Staff is friendly and helpful, service is prompt.
Food was freshly cooked and delicious. We stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, our stay was comfortable.

We had booked 35 rooms in the month of September'23 for our marriage party in 18th-20th January'24 for 3 days. Just 1 week prior to our check-in we get a call from the hotel that there is sewage problem in all the rooms above 2nd floor due to which they had to shut down all the floors and they cannot honor our booking and have to shift us to another mediocre property about 1 km away. Due to peak marriage rush we were helpless as it was last moment and had to agree. They provided us with 10 rooms at Regenta Inn Larica and 25 rooms at NPG Hotel Kolkata. We were shocked to see that another marriage party was checked in on the same day at the hotel. The hotel did not honor any of the commitments that were agreed upon. Our marriage party was divided and all our functions were spoiled. The banquet hall on the 1st floor was not provided, instead a smaller banquet was provided on the 7th floor with no amenities. Our caterer was threatened to vacate the kitchen on the same day for the other party's caterer. All the staff misbehaved with my father-in-law and all the elders making it the worst experience. We were humiliated infront of everyone whom we had invited for the wedding. This hotel and it's management are fraudsters. These greedy people destroyed our whole marriage experience. Please do not book in advance with this property, these people have no ethics, they can go down to any level to satisfy their greed.

The worst hotel ever in my lifetime. The hotel reception guys are the most uneducated people who doesn’t know how to talk to guests. We were put in such a scenario that we had to call police to intervene into the issue caused by the hotel manager. I would never recommend such a hotel.

Excellent location. Nice rooms, quite spacious. Check in can be a bit faster. Overall quality good and value for money. Behaviour of all staff cordial. Food quality quite good. Clean washrooms and linen.

The entire place is filthy, bad experience.
Our luggage was taken by them in a different elevator and we were still in the check in area. Not happy with that move at all.
Checkout took us forever, too many questions.

The hotel is good location from airport. Hotel service facility and food quality is awesome. The hotel have provide good accommodation for all of the guest. My overall experience in this hotel is best.

Stayed at this hotel for a business conference two months ago. Located at a very serene place. Cc2, Eco park, mother's wax museum are near to this hotel. Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly ambience. The staffs are very polite and helpful especially the front office manager Mr. Sapan Bari. Very satisfied with their hospitality. Tasty foods. The behaviour of the staffs are very good. Quite satisfying😊

As we have stayed to attain an interview my stay was comfortable and I have cracked my mom interview so it's lucky for me I will definitely stay once again whenever I will come to Kolkata.

Rooms are Very silent so I slept well.

I went to this hotel a few months back to attend a marriage ceremony. Such a nice and beau this hotel is. The location is quite good. The ambience of this hotel is quite soothing. Hospitality is also amazing. A perfect hotel to stay. The staffs are very polite and helpful unlike other hotels especially the front office manager Mr. Sapan Bari. He was the one who looked after all my conundrums and tackled everything in a very gentle way. The front office didn't give any chance to complain. I was very satisfied with the behaviour and the service of the staffs especially with Mr. Bari. I'll be very happy and excited if I get another chance to reside in that hotel and to meet the front office manager Mr. Sapan Bari. I would suggest each and everyone to come and stay in this hotel only.

Hotel was fine. Front desk service was exellent. Taxi driver couldn't find the hotel for some time ! Checked out early and was provided with takeaway breakfast. Airport is nearly located from hotel. Overall great experience.
