Pros:

Staff are lovely, food all good, lobster second cheapest on the menu.
Detactions, all taps leak and need new washers, they advertise WiFi, but while i was there, three nights, there was none.

Pros:

Reception staff were able to upgrade my room to accommodate my family. Overall, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and food was excellent. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you Masurina Lodge!

Safe accommodation in Alotau
Pros:

Pros - free daily laundry service, free toast and coffee for breakfast, the place felt safe and secure, restaraunt on site with good room service meals, friendly security and service in restaurant and bar.

Cons - Wifi was down, hot water not working most days, small bed for two people, two different reception ladies tried to get us to pay for room on checkout although fully paid at time of booking.
