The bedroom that we reserved was pretty and had a nice view
I will start off by saying that the staff were amazing, I have no complaints towards them whatsoever. The owner on the other hand, could do with some better customer service skills, she didn’t once acknowledge us/check on how the stay was going, just overall not welcoming or friendly.
Moving onto the hotel itself, the property is externally very pretty but there are minor things that would have made the experience more pleasant.
The hotel is infested with mosquitoes, you could not sit in the lounge area without being attacked by them constantly as they were all over the sofas, while I understand that the hotel is in the middle of nature, I feel that something could be done to help towards this as majority of the time, we stayed in the bedroom because of this.
We requested an iron on one of the nights and was told that the person that deals with this had left, the next day we requested this again and we were told that they never get asked for an iron and that they would look for one for us. After receiving the iron, we asked for an ironing board as the iron cord was not long enough to reach the bed and was told that they did not have one so we had to iron our clothes on a chair instead.
I don’t understand how a nice hotel like this does not provide irons and ironing boards for their guests.
I also suggest a full length mirror in the bedroom area as there were only one in the bathroom by the sink that covered half of your body.
Em primeiro lugar o staff - Alma, Pedro, Sofia e Catarina, pessoas que cuidam de todos os detalhes para uma estadia perfeita.
A conexão do Ka Bru com a natureza ao redor é muito bem pensada; o ambiente é lindo - simples e aconchegante, com muitas referências a cultura local.
O cafe da manhã é uma experiência - todos os produtos frescos, produzidos ali mesmo ou na região. A gastronomia muito interessante.

Hotel minimalista dentro da natureza, com quartos amplos. Gostamos bastante do enxoval trussard, quartos bem limpos e organizados. amenidades artesanais, piscina ampla e agradável. O hotel está localizado em frete ao mar, com aguas cristalinas, no formato semelhante de uma piscina natual, perfeito para atividades como stand up. próximo ao centro, só atravessar de barquinho. O ponto alto da hospedagem foi a experiência gastronômica, onde fizemos a experiencia do chefs table, foi uma imersão incrível, sobre ingredientes brasileiros, e alem disso tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer e coletar mel de abelhas sao ferrão. Agradecemos a atencao e por estarem sempre dispostos em nos oferecer o melhor.
Oque nao gostamos foi por termos feito somente 02 dias de hospedagem. Foi tudo perfeito, e voltaremos para conhecer a outra unidade.
We really enjoyed everything. The generous and delicious breakfast deserves special mention—there was a wide selection, and everything was freshly prepared. The hotel’s location is also excellent: central yet quiet, making it easy to reach many attractions.
The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful; we felt welcome right away. Overall, a very pleasant stay—we’d love to come back!
I really loved everything about it—I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. From the very first moment, I felt completely at ease. The breakfast was excellent, the location was ideal, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Os quartos são espaçosos. O colchão é muito bom. O banheiro é maravilhoso.
A localização me enganou um pouco. É um lugar mais reservado. Isso faz com que precisemos de carro para tudo. Tem um barquinho para fazer a travessia para o outro lado do rio. É bem prático, pegamos o contato dos dois barqueiros e quando queríamos atravessar, eles nos buscavam, mas é um transtorno, pois ao atravessar, a noite, precisamos caminhar por cerca de 1,5 km até o centro de Barra Grande.
Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich! Alles war frisch zubereitet. Feinste lokale Früchte, das beste Brot, welches ich in Brasilien bis jetzt gegessen hatte. Die Früchte waren sensationell und ich konnte zusätzliche meine Wünsche für meine Lieblingsomeletten anbringen. Die Aussicht in den Garten und das Meer, machten das Frühstück zum Highlight und den perfekten Start in den Tag. Ich schlief selten so gut. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Das KA BRU Beach ist ein magischer Ort. Das Team hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert und wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das Nächste Mal.
O hotel tem um design minimalista, elegante e extremamente agradável. A mistura de madeira, branco e natureza cria uma estética incrível e muito harmoniosa. A piscina se encaixa perfeitamente na paisagem, fazendo com que tudo pareça parte do próprio cenário natural. A estadia foi excelente. Tudo é pensado para que o hóspede realmente relaxe e desconecte da rotina. A atmosfera do hotel é muito acolhedora e tranquila, perfeita para descansar e aproveitar o momento.
A localização é perfeita para quem busca tranquilidade. O hotel fica em um lugar silencioso, sem barulho ou movimentações, ideal para descansar e realmente se desconectar. A vista é simplesmente incrível. Passei boa parte do tempo no píer que desce diretamente para o braço do mar, e a paisagem, que já é linda, fica ainda mais especial quando os bancos de areia aparecem.
Todos os ambientes são muito bem cuidados, organizados e transmitem uma sensação constante de conforto e bem-estar.
Os pratos do restaurante são bem servidos e de ótima qualidade. O cardápio muda diariamente, já que o restaurante trabalha apenas com ingredientes frescos, o que torna a experiência gastronômica ainda mais especial. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e a energia da equipe, junto com a música ambiente e toda a proposta do hotel, cria uma vibe perfeita para relaxar e aproveitar a estadia.
Minha experiência foi ótima. Um diferencial muito prático foi o serviço de barquinho terceirizado que facilita bastante o deslocamento até Barra Grande. De fato, é um lugar perfeito para desconectar da rotina, relaxar e criar momentos especiais de conexão com quem está ao seu lado.
