Utter Disappointment
Pros:

Pros: Felt safe. Clean property

Cons: Usually I come to Rome alone to visit family. I stay at the Quality Inn or LaQuinta. But, with it being the holidays and all my family coming thought we would “upgrade” some. Make it special….

A hotel with a sit down restaurant, a bar. Starbucks, room service.

We had 2 rooms for 2 couples and 1 infant. The only staff member we saw was at the front desk. Ever! We were there for 2 nights. Our rooms were never refreshed. Husband was told this morning he could come down and get more coffee pods.

Do not bring more than one or 2 drinks to put in fridge cause it’s not mini fridge it’s a micro fridge.

No food or beverage service was available. None! Excuse given “low occupancy”. Were we offered discounts for the lack of amenities or convenience NO!

So yeah, go ahead and book Quality inn. Rooms are equal. Staff is amazing and accommodating and the Free breakfast is decent At least you feel like a guest

Some no-brainer missteps at good location.
Pros:

Nice pillows and comfy bed. Convenient location. good shower.

Cons:

Even 2 star hotels have complimentary coffee in the morning. This hotel sells expensive, lukewarm Starbucks.
Hotel guests in Rome Georgia should not be paying for parking.($10 a day)

Convenient to downtown, but....
Pros:

It's a nice building but it nearing the stage where remodeling would be beneficial. The wallpaper was starting to peel at the seams and the AC unit sounded like an old washing machine. Called the desk twice but they didn't offer any suggestions.
