Die Lage ist unübertreffbar. Besonders die Zimmer mit Blick Richtung Fluss. Die Größe der Zimmer, modernes Bad, gute Dusche. Schön, dass man Richtung Fluss draußen sitzen kann.
In einem unserer Zimmer hat es leider etwas muffig gerochen .... nach feuchter Klimaanlage. Der Kühlschrank hat leider nichtvrichtig gekühlt. Ich verstehe, dass das Parken in dieser Lage nicht ganz frei ist, aber für die Hotelgäste sollte eine kostenlose Lösung gefunden werden. 11 USD pro Tag .... :-(
How clean and great location to downtown walking. It is in a great spot for cute shops and great restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The bed was also amazing!

The bed was so comfortable. Bathrooms are big and water was perfect. They also have a bar and Starbucks. The back patio area was really nice!.
There was a little smell in the hallways but no complaints other than that.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean.
It was terribly hot during our visit, and we could not set our air below 71 degrees. It became very uncomfortable throughout the night. They advertise having a Starbucks. They basically have Starbucks brand coffee. That's it.
I also thought I was getting a better deal staying here than where we usually stay. After paying $22 dollars to park mine and my daughter's car, I understood why.
I went to Expedia to book a room with two beds due to a death in the family so I paid for it.. when arriving the hotel.. the room only had just one bed.. had to pay extra for another room.. we needed two beds.. the whole experience was terrible.. this trip wasn't a pleasure trip and I was already overwhelmed with losing my mother-in-law.. had to experience this situation with extra money spent.

Never in my life have I ever had to pay for parking at a hotel no matter how much I had to pay. Also it was very disappointing that some sort of breakfast wasn’t included. At the price we payed you would think coffee and a muffin would have been included. It’s not like Rome is a big destination stop.
Great spot by downtown and easy access. Eunice who tan the bistro was just fantastic and such a positive person who everyone in our group loved.. Desiree at the front desk was sweet.

The entire place was immaculate, and very close to downtown.
The only negative thing that I have to say is that the water pressure in the shower was very poor. This was 11:00 PM at night.
