I cannot provide any feedback, as we did not stay at this hotel.

Until now, our experiences with MOXY have always been positive — but not this time.

Cons:

It is strange that you are sending these surveys, as we did not even stay at the hotel.

We made a reservation and received a confirmation, but upon arrival we were informed that our booking had been cancelled because the hotel was full. We did not receive any prior notification about the cancellation.

We do not know whether this was an issue with Booking.com or with the hotel itself, but the fact is that in the middle of the night we had to look for another hotel because we were not accommodated.

And now we are being asked whether we enjoyed our stay.

Bequem mit guter Infrastruktur
Pros:

Gute Lage mit Restaurants und einem Rewe in unmittelbarer Nähe. S-Bahn ein kurzer Fußmarsch entfernt. Nur eine S-Bahnstation vom Airport entfernt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten gebucht. Die Betten waren ein bisschen klein.
