Parasta tässä hotellissa on loistava sijainti
Pros:

Loistava sijainti keskustassa kävelykadun kulmassa. Hyvä aamupala. Kahvia ja teetä on saatavilla hotellin aulassa ilmaiseksi 24/7. Huone oli suht' ok.

Cons:

Kylppäri kaipaisi pientä remonttia, oli jo vähän kulahtanut. Vastaanotto respassa saapuessamme oli töykeää, muut hotellin työntekijät olivat ystävällisiä.

Nicht empfehlenswert
Cons:

Unser Zimmer hat extrem nach Indischem Curry gerochen, es war kaum auszuhalten (obwohl ich indische Küche eigentlich mag). Das Bad war nicht sauber, mit dunklen Haaren im Waschbecken und irgendeiner roten Soße außen am Waschbecken und an der wand hinter dem Waschbecken - absolut ekelhaft. Weil wir erst spät angekommen sind, war die Rezeption nicht normal besetzt. Die eine Person die wir dann gefunden hatten war ABSOLUT UNHILFREICH und hat gesagt alle Zimmer seien voll. Überraschenderweise war direkt am nächsten Morgen als eine Rezeptionistin da war ein Zimmer frei, wir hatten uns die Nacht in ekligen Zimmer also sparen können. Das neue Zimmer war besser, aber im Bad wurde geraucht und es stank, Aber wenigstens war das Zimmer aus haltbar. Ich würde hier ehrlicherweise nicht wieder buchen.

Fijn hotel, mooie kamer en zeer schone badkamer. prima ontbijt
Pros:

De mooie, grote kamer met airco en prima bed. Een geweldig ontbijt

Cons:

Aankomst. Zou een code van Booking krijgen op dag van aankomst om de sleutel op te halen. Geen mail van Booking gezien. ( 3 dagen later pas)
Verbaasd dat de receptie bemand was.
Geen eigen parkeergelegenheid,
Parkeergarage 12 euro per dag.

Hotel schlecht Umgebung schön
Pros:

Frühstück ok. Lage super

Cons:

Das Hotel hat sich in dem letzten Jahren enorm verschlechtert...Steckdosen kein Strom drauf...Safe funktioniert nich selbst mit Hilfe v Personal..Klima geht nicht, Reinigung vom Zimmer nur 1x in 4 Tagen ein no go.
Hotel wird um 18h geschlossen daher gibts nichts mehr zu trinken.
Muss überlegn ob ich hier noch buche.

Der Zimmerpreis zu Qualität passt überhaupt nicht.

Dies Bewertung gilt für alle 4 Zimmer.

In Summe ein schlecht geführtes Haus!

Zum zentralen übernachten ideal. Allerdings wäre etwas besseres, freundlicheres Personal wünschen.

Lift funktionierte nicht. Klima in einem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Nachtlicht funktionierte nicht.
Personal am Abend war desinteressiert und hatte von nichts Ahnung. Frühstück wollte oder konnte er für den nächsten Tag auch nicht buchen.

Pros:

Niets. Er was iemand 'ziek' bij de receptie waardoor die gewoon niet open was.
Duitse nummers werken niet voor mensen die niet uit Duitsland komen.

Er was niet aan de check in en kamersleutels te komen. Bovendien als je de hele dag al weet dat er 's avonds problemen gaan zijn dan laat je de mensen dat netjes weten.

Cons:

Geen communicatie, geen klantvriendelijkheid.

Pros:

Modernes Hotel weiter oben an der Fußgängerzone. Uns hat's gefallen. Kaffee for free sehr gut. Warum wir bei Anruf zunächst mit einem Computer - der nicht verstand und nicht helfen konnte - verbunden wurde, obwohl ein Mensch an der Rezeption saß, bleibt ein (schlechtes) Rätsel.

Cons:

Schild am Nachteingang, dass der Haupteingang um die Ecke ist, wäre hilfreich.
