Ligging vlakbij langs de weg naar de Gothard tunnel naar Italië

Cons:

Hotel is boven op een lijnbus garage en tegenover een werkplaats best gehorig.
Erg warm op de kamer geen airco

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr guten Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Betten waren ausserordentlich bequem, und das Badezimmer sowie die sanitären Anlagen waren einwandfrei sauber.

Sehr angenehm fand ich auch, dass genügend saubere Badetücher vorhanden waren. Ein weiterer Punkt, der mir persönlich sehr wichtig war, ist die WLAN-Verbindung: Sie war stark, stabil und von guter Qualität.

Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kann das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Stanza minima, letto matrimoniale non definibile come tale, non c'erano i cuscini per tutti, il sapone mancava nel contenitore del lavandino, stanza rumorosa.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 23h avec 2 enfants le lit pour nos enfants n'avaient pas été fait et ils nous manquaient les coussins et duvets
Personnel pas présent la nuit par un concours de circonstance j'avais le numéro d'une employée et elle est venue amener à 23h30 le necessaire. Ca ne vaut pas le prix que nous avons payé
Si j'avais eu plus de temps le lendemain j'aurais demandé un dédommagement comme le remboursement de notre petit déjeuner
Merci infiniment a la réceptionniste qui a eu la gentillesse de revenir pendant la nuit
