Só achávamos que poderia ter mais opções de escolhas para o café da manhã. Queijo fatiado, algum bolinho/doce também.

Pobyt w Cosmopolitano Hotel Boutique w Santa Cruz de la Sierra był fantastyczny! Hotel zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę. Śniadania są przepyszne – świeże, urozmaicone i przygotowane z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty każdego dnia, co sprawiło, że pobyt był bardzo komfortowy.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa – niezwykle uprzejma, serdeczna i zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Niezależnie od sytuacji, personel robi wszystko, aby goście czuli się zaopiekowani i mieli udany pobyt.
Ogromnym atutem jest również lokalizacja hotelu. To doskonała baza do zwiedzania Santa Cruz de la Sierra – wszędzie jest blisko, a okolica jest bardzo wygodna i przyjemna. Dodatkowym plusem jest bezpłatny parking, co jest dużym udogodnieniem dla osób podróżujących samochodem.

The beds were super comfortable
Comfy bed and great shower. Great location near the main square.
If you fully close the bathroom doors you would get stuck inside, which is dangerous! The room is not as nice as it looks in the pictures.
The hotel does not match the description. The street is quite noisy, and it is also too noisy from the air conditioners in the neighboring rooms at night. There was no safe in the room.

Έφθασα στο ξενοδοχείο αργά το βράδυ λόγω αργοπορημένης αναχώρησης της πτήσης μου. Πρώτο σοκ: μπαίνω στο χολ όπου υπήρχε μόνο ένα πάσο κουζίνας και διάφορα πράγματα σκορπισμένα από εδώ και από εκεί. Τίποτε δεν θύμιζε ρεσεψιόν ξενοδοχείου και μάλιστα 5 αστέρων όπως ισχυρίζεται ότι είναι το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Δεύτερο σοκ: δεν υπάρχει κανείς εκεί για να κάνω το τσεκ-ιν και παρόλο που έψαξα ολόγυρα ήμουν μόνη σε ένα έρημο ξενοδοχείο, κουρασμένη και νυσταγμένη και χωρίς δωμάτιο! Τρίτο σοκ: μετά από αναμονή αρκετής ώρας, κάποιος με αντιλαμβάνεται από το απέναντι κτίριο και έρχεται (επιτέλους!) στο ξενοδοχείο. Δεν γνωρίζει ούτε μια λέξη αγγλικά. Μου δίνει ένα δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο δίπλα από την κουζίνα και όταν του ζήτησα κάτι καλύτερο μου είπε ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω εξτρά 115 $ την βραδιά!! Το δωμάτιο ανάβλυζε νερά από το πάτωμα, πιθανότατα λόγω σπασμένου σωλήνα!
Τα δωμάτια, η εξυπηρέτηση, οι εγκαταστάσεις, η έλλειψη ξενόγλωσσου προσωπικού.

This is not a 5 star hotel, its false advertising, its a coffee shop with 2/3 star rooms.
The double bed is just two single beds joined together. There is no towel for hands. The toilet gets clogged easily and cannot be flushed.
The area outside is a bit sketchy
Hotel muito charmoso e com um excelente pequeno almoço. A localização era muito central para explorar o centro da cidade. A cama era muito confortável e o quarto espaçoso.
Excelente atendimento da equipe de funcionários. Hotel bem localizado e uma rua muito tranquila, próximo a praça 24 de setembro. O café da manhã não é self service, é servido na mesa, mas é muito bom.
