El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, instalaciones modernas y habitación está bien
Mi experiencia ha sido negativa porque el hotel es también cafetería al público y al estar mi habitación junto a la cafetería se oía todo el escándalo desde la habitación. Además no tiene un espacio para el desayuno de los clientes del hotel y al compartirlo con el público general, tardan mucho en atenderte, no tienen ninguna consideración con los clientes del hotel.
Y lo peor ha sido que me he sentido estafada con el precio abusivo cobrado por el servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto, como llegaba sola y de madrugada contacte con el hotel y me dió el precio de 40$, la sorpresa ha sido que el precio del trayecto al aeropuerto normalmente es de 70 bolivianos (eso he pagado al volver para volar a Sucre) y 10 bolivianos más a partir de las 00:00 h...y el hotel me ha cobrado 280 bolivianos ¡4 veces más! Una vergüenza, me siento engañada,

This hotel was excellent! Check-in was smooth and simple. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and showed me to the room and explained all the various amenities. My room was clean and very comfortable with a nice view of the pool. The restaurant was very relaxed and offered excellent food and drinks. The location was also very central, and it was a pleasant neighbourhood to explore. I had a lovely stay and would return here next time I'm in Santa Cruz.

No creo que cumpla con lo que se espera de un 5 estrellas, ni las instalaciones ni la atención . Es una cafetería con algunas habitaciones y priorizan claramente la atención a los clientes de la cafetería sobre los huéspedes.
Location, it was central and an easy walk to the main square, bed was comfortable, had loads of hot water and hotel provided toiletries
Noise from the street, our room was looking out onto the road and the noise never stopped,
AC inadequate which couldn’t cope with the heat, bare wires on lighting and tv,
dripping shower, service in the downstairs cafe was horrendous, had to wait for a cup of coffee for 40 mins after waiting a similar time for someone to take the order. I have offered twice to order at the bar but have been told someone will come to the table. This wasn’t a one off, many people were waiting similar times and complaining about service. But the most annoying thing was the fact that they made us check out from the room to then check in into the same room for continuous stay as we booked the 3rd night separately (have asked about it prior to booking it and been told to book separately). The young girl on reception was lacking in training to make any sort of decision or find a solution and in general struggled to manage the situation.
