Friendly atmosphere, absolutely perfect location, nice breakfest
1. The coffee shop is a paradise for dessert & chocelete lovers, but a choice of light lunch items (salads, etc.) is very limited. 2. The young staff is very welcoming and enthusiastic, but not trained in supporting "old" technology which guests may need, such as printing a ticket.
Het ontbijt was super: wij waren bediend en hadden een uitgebreid lekker ontbijt met heerlijke koffie. Zelf op de dag waarop wij vertrokken kregen wij in de vroege ochtend uren een lekker ontbijt met eijtjes (en niet alleen een pakket om mee te nemen). Er was een man die ons altijd hielp. Hij was heel attent.
De kamer rook een beetje nat. Er miste een tafel bij de bed. De badkamer zag er heel chic uit maar de kraan lekte. Er was een nespresso koffie machine maar geen capsules en geen kopjes.

La ubicación es excelente. Las instalaciones son modernas, agradables y con buen gusto.
La habitación prácticamente no tiene espacios de guardado, ni estantes, ni percheros. El desayuno es muy bueno y completo, pero servido muy a destiempo. Para lograr tomarlo todo junto, es necesario programar el horario. La piscina es muy pequeña, al lado de las mesas del bar, de nulo uso.

Tür zu meinem Zimmer ließ sich nur schwer schließen und stand dann offen. Es wurde eine schnelle Lösung gefunden und ich konnte in ein anderes Zimmer mit Kartenlesegerät umziehen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Frühstück war ok, schöner Innenhof. Kleiner Pool. Der Burger am Abend hatte Verbesserungspotential.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Strasse - morgens sehr laut da es eine Durchgangsstraße ist, viele stinkige Busse.
The location was convenient. The room was clean with a beautiful bathroom. The pool is located in a strange area, right next to the restaurant, so not very comfortable to go into.
I asked for an airport pickup, and the driver was in touch with me a couple of hours before my arrival, but then never showed up.
El mejor hotel en Santa Cruz, con un desayuno saludable y deli. El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y súper confortables. Muy recomendable
The hotel has a wonderful café with pastries and their unique XXl croissants. All of their staff were kind and helpful. I had a very early flight and they arranged my breakfast so I could eat before leaving.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were super comfy.
And, you can't beat the location. Easy to walk to some landmarks and other local restaurants.
I couldn't try the pool :(

Comfortable mattresses but not so for the pillows
Delicious breakfast and one of the days I have to leave for an excursion at 05:00, I had a full hot breakfast at 04:45, incredible!!!!
