Cons:

Unfortunately the spa area wasn’t very clean. Cob webs everywhere. Spa pillows missing. And I think some of the jets weren’t working properly either.

Excellent stay, great location & fantastic food!
Pros:

Comfortable & modern chalet/pod. Very clean & neat, lovely views of the Tamar river. It was so nice to be able to sit on the deck & read in the sun, enjoying the quiet. The restaurant was fantastic, large servings, quick service by very friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend it & would stay again. It is worth the extra time from Launceston as its a great hotel.
