Pleasant well presented, ideal for a couple.
Pros:

View was lovely. Food at the restaurant was well priced, fresh & tasty. Was a pleasant surprise on first entry into the accommodation. Clean and well presented. If in the area again it would be a place to return to.

Cons:

Only one thing that would be a problem is that the rooms are on the side of a hill and if walking to the restaurant, could be very challenging due to the steep grade to the bottom. Although the view was nice.

Pros:

Nice view driving up to Hotel . Lovely view of the Tamar River. Refurbiished unit. Comfortable bed and pillows. New bathroom lovely shower. Good TV and internet. Small kitchenette with toaster, tea, coffee, biscuits. Restaurant on-site. Exeter is a small town close by has IGA, Vonda's dress shop had lovely merchandise. Amazing bakery with very tempting treats and a lovely wood fire.

Cons:

Paid a high price for a lovely River view but our unit no 7 had an ugly view of the back of the pub. Chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Had to sit on the outdoor chairs with a pillow on the seat. Too hard for a mature couple. Quite a big walk to the unit from our car.

Great accommodation, beautiful location, amazing views and fantastic staff
Pros:

The accommodation was exceptional, the lovely Sarah at the reception desk welcomed us so warmly from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend this place, the view is priceless, extra quiet and peaceful location. Our room was modern, clean and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Firstly the staff at the restaurant were fantastic. My only constructive criticism is the food at the hotel. We had dinner on our first night and ordered oysters [natural & kilpatrick], gnocchi, baked mushrooms, fish & chips. The gnocchi was fried and unappealing, baked mushrooms were overcooked and looked burnt, the battered fish had a strong yeast taste that overtook the taste of the fish. Yet the oysters were mostly great other than the kilpatrick oysters tasted like bbq sauce was used instead of worcestershire sauce. My husband and I are not foodies by any means, but we felt the restaurant is the only negative experience we had with this hotel. I would stay here again, just not dine at the restaurant.

Great stay
Pros:

Beautiful location, nice and clean

Cons:

My suggestion would be to leave some fly spray in the room. I had the glass doors open but screen doors closed and by the time I got back to the room there were bugs everywhere

Cabin with Fantastic view
Pros:

This place was a bit out of the way, but the view of the river and the surrounding area was fantastic.
We have dinner there and no problem.
We stayed in cabin 11 will recommend it to anyone.

Gorgeous
Pros:

The veiw from the rooms. The rooms had a toaster and some crockery, etc. They also supplied jams and vegemite and butter. There is also a pub on-site for dinner.

Cons:

The only thing I would have liked was an extra sink for washing dishes.

Stunning location in Tamar Estuary
Pros:

Fantastic location. Estuary view from every room!

Cons:

Bit of a climb with luggage to upper tier. If you are restricted in mobility ask for lower tier.

Fantastic river views from modern, comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

The views across the river were stunning. The chalets behind the hotel were really well maintained and had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly and the hotel did a great evening meal.
