The location.
The organisation of the transfer to the airport.

Cons:

The rooms were clean, but one of them had a persistent, very unpleasant smell.
The air conditioning unit is installed very close to the bed and blows directly onto your head while you're sleeping, which is quite uncomfortable.
We booked and paid extra for two rooms with a city view, but there was no view at all. In fact, it seems there are no rooms with a city view in the building.
We were also required to pay a cash-only deposit of 1,000 THB per room (not indicated when booking), even though we were staying for just one night.

Good place, comfortable bed, walking distance to a lot of attraction place.
Pros:

It is in the middle of the city. Walking distance to a lot of places. Easy access to food and places. Room size is a bit small, but the bed was very comfortable after a long day of walking.

Cons:

Due to road construction, the area always had bad traffic. It is faster to walk from one place to another rather than taking taxi/grab. Grab driver always had difficulties to pick up due to no waiting space. Make sure to wait at the pick up spot (I always choose to walk a bit and wait in front of McDonald which is easier for the driver to pick up)

Pros:

Stay here for 3 times already. I love how this hotel very close to platium mall. Grab bike/car can easily pickup. Also easy to find halal food at night since a lot of street food outside

Pros:

地點熱鬧,但如果叫包車或計程車都開不進去,巷子很小,附近確實有很多按摩店/麥當勞/7-11/夜市,是個很熱鬧的地方,冷氣很吵,b棟的房間超小雙人房只適合一個人住,盡量住a棟比較大,wifi很弱常常收不到,要押金1000泰銖,服務人員算親切
