Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Pattaya. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thanks to the wonderful woman at reception who greeted us — she kindly showed us around, explained everything clearly, and patiently answered all of our questions. Her friendliness and attentiveness made a great first impression.
The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The pool area was also excellent — a great place to spend time and unwind during the day.
The owners were extremely kind and accommodating. Our flight was delayed, and they were very understanding and allowed us to arrange a late check-out for a small additional fee, which we really appreciated. It was also very convenient that we could leave our luggage at the reception before check-in.
Overall, everything was great. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Overall our stay was very good, but there are a couple of small things that could make the experience even better. The sun loungers by the pool could probably be replaced or updated — they look quite old and worn, and one of them had a broken backrest. It seems like they are due for renewal.
Also, it would be nice if basic bathroom amenities such as toothbrushes and other small toiletries were provided in the room. These small additions would make the stay even more comfortable for guests.

Pros:

Комната 2, это двухкомнатная квартира на первом этаже, с огромной терассой, выходящей прямо в джунгли. Хозяйка ( артистичная, харизматичная, без возраста китаянка, я её называл MADAM) довольно стильно обставила отель антиквариатом.
При выезде помогла с такси, дала мужа своей уборщицы, и он на своём джипе довёз меня до дверей отеля в Бангкоке, за те же деньги, что обычное такси. В номере есть всё необходимое для длительного проживания. И даже, если вы собрались сами готовить еду, вас ждёт прекрасная плита и вся необходимая кухонная утварь. На терассе любопытно наблюдать за разноцветными белками, и пением диковинных птиц, изредко некий птеродакль кричал по ночам.

Cons:

Небольшой конфуз при въезде с оплатой от букинга. Но мы быстро решили этот вопрос, за что я получил дополнительную скидку.

Pros:

Very comfortable beds, big apartaments. The pool was big and clean, juat lacked depth.

Cons:

Location is not very good. The normal restaurants are enought far from hotel. The staf gived to us many keys. We returned after check out all keys of apartments but she repeated and repeated even with screaming that one key was missing. She kept us waiting for half an hour because of a key what we did not lose. The stay in the comfortable apartments was pleasant with an ugly ending.

Pros:

Мы не первый раз останавливаемся в этих апартаментах, знаем весь персонал, так что приедем еще ни один раз.
В бассейне изумрудная вода, ваши апартаменты прибирают по первому запросу, и без доплаты.
Мадам шикарная, работница очень чистоплотная. Район центральный, все шедеврально! Миш доволен!

Logement très confortable, grande baignoire à jets !
Équipement nécessaire pour se préparer un repas. Jolie et grande piscine extérieure.
Dame très accueillante et très aidante pour nous trouver un taxi le jour de notre départ.

Cons:

The fantastic staff made up for any shortcomings of the unit. Overall the amenities of the neighborhood are good.
Pros:

The apartment is nice, big, and comfortable. The staff are fantastic. It is centrally located (15 minutes to Jomtien Beach and 15 minutes to Pattaya Beach). Comfortable beds, great A/C

Cons:

So, the dishwasher doesn’t work ( which is not the end of the world). But 2 weeks into our stay the pool also had to be shut down because of broken filtration. One thing to know is this building is on a very busy street. So enjoying the balcony is not really possible with all the motorcycles and trucks right below.

距离中天汽车车站（往返曼谷索万那普机场的大巴车站）1公里，步行15分钟即到。距离巴厘海码头步行也只需要20分钟。酒店。公寓是一栋住宅式大楼。房间内有小厨房，杯碗碟厨具都有。公寓外就有7-11购物十分方便。
酒店内布置了一些很有历史味道的工艺品，感受到泰式文化的底蕴。

Tuttu hotelli aiemmilta matkoilta. Sijainti on hyvä ja Pattayan asteikolla melko rauhallinen, joskin liikenne on hotellin ohi kulkevalla kadulla aamusta iltaan vilkasta. Myös hotelli on yleensä hyvin rauhallinen. Henkilökunta on hyvin ystävällistä ja avuliasta ja heidän kanssaan on mukava olla yhteydessä. Huoneistossa on lähes kaikki mitä pidemmälläkin matkalla tarvitsee. Osassa huoneistoista on hyvät mahdollisuudet auringonottoon omalla parvekkeella.

Cons:

Olemme käyneet useampana vuotena samassa hotellissa. Huone alkaa olla jo hieman kulunut ja pientä remonttia olisi tarve tehdä. Kylpyhuoneeseen tulee ajoittain viemärin hajua. Rakennuksen tekniikka (hissi ja vesijohdot) pitää sen verran ääntä, että se häiritsee jos on herkkäuninen. Uima-allas oli tällä kertaa likainen, eikä sinne tehnyt mieli mennä. Veden pinta on liian alhaalla, eikä pinnalla kelluva rasva siksi poistunut altaasta suodattimiin.
