Stay was great staff was great property needs attention

Excellent staff service was great

Cons:

Not the entrance looks like you are entering a slum. driveway isn’t marked doesn’t look inviting. no turn lane entrance is very low class.

Pros:

Reception was great, she offered a great option for dinner and explained everything the hotel had to offer

Cons:

I stayed in Room 307, the trash can was not emptied, the shower curtain smelt like mildew and had blood stains on it. The TV remote would not operate while laying in bed

Best stay so far on our road trip from the St Louis area
Pros:

A very well kept hotel - room was perfect for the two of us - we enjoyed the hot breakfast - location was quiet and easy to get to - we would absolutely stay here again

Quality and price
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff was super nice. Best part was the price it was VERY reasonable for the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Honestly a great stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the Cobblestone Hotel in Orrville because the room was clean and peaceful.
The treadmill in the gym was inoperable, but was repairable.
The breakfast menu could use a little help with the choice of protein served. I thought the bacon and the sausage links were good, but the ham slices chosen were unremarkable.
Overall, our stay was great. When a problem came up, staff were quick to respond and rectify the problem right away.
