bad breakfast & bad 3rd person's occupant accomodation

Cons:

The breakfast was pathetic, mismanaged and needed to follow up multiple times for bowls, re-filling and live counter options. The staff was not all cordial and helpfull in fullfilling the live counter options.
They don't even have a metal bed for 3rd occupant and placed the mattress on the floor. I am surprised as I have been to many regenta properties, and they have a metal bed for the 3rd occupant.

Really confirtable stay and very supportive staff.

Worst experience this time
Pros:

I had stayed here about a year ago and the standards were excellent at that time – room cleanliness, service, staff, and management. But this time, when I came with family expecting the same Regenta group quality, it was a big disappointment. The room and bathroom were below standard, almost like a dharamshala. Service staff were fine, but senior management seemed careless – no proper decor, no restaurant guidelines, and overall it felt very unorganized

“Either the GM is not capable or something is seriously wrong here. Hard to believe a reputed group property like Regenta has been brought down to this level. The bottom staff are fine, but management needs serious improvement – otherwise no guest would like to come back.”
