Pros:

La gentilezza e cortesia di Alessio, il proprietario: gira fra i tavoli a colazione, come si faceva una volta nelle piccole strutture, a conversare con i clienti e dare informazioni. Un plus non indifferente. La camera molto grande e ben attrezzata nel complesso. Bel contesto tranquillo.

Cons:

La sala della colazione. Troppo piccola e affollata, con passaggio obbligato degli ospiti della suite. Vero che era Capodanno, ma in paio di casi abbiamo dovuto attendere per sederci al tavolo.

Posizione comoda e struttura pulita

Cons:

Le camere che abbiamo avuto erano dotate di un sistema di climatizzazione estremamente rumoroso e poco efficiente, che si spegneva e accendeva in continuazione svegliandoci. L’accesso alle camere a noi assegnate si trova all’interno della sala colazione, al mattino questo comporta dover passare tra i tavoli occupati dai clienti, con spazi limitati.

Cons:

Stanze datate, rovinate in più parti, servizio di reception assente all'arrivo nel tardo pomeriggio.
Servizio di reception al checkout pure peggio.
Disorganizzato anche se la ragazza impacciata si è scusata diverse volte.
Colazione nulla di che e sala colazione piccolissima troppo piccola per gli ospiti presenti

Una piacevole scoperta!
Pros:

Inserito nel suggestivo complesso della Rocca Sanvitale, nel piazzale principale con ampio parcheggio. Curato nei dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort, camera ampia, comoda e pulita. Staff impeccabile.
Merita la visita anche solo per la meravigliosa collezione di manifesti originali che allestiscono le aree comuni e i pezzi di design che si trovano nella struttura (deliziosa anche l'area gioco per bambini!). Infine come non citare le divertenti opere del titolare che evidentemente è un artista!

Pros:

the room is very spacious with many beds. It has an Alexa speaker. The breakfast was really nice with many options (eggs, hams, cheese, pies, croissant). It was nice that I could take the breakfast to the room with a tray. It even has a "relaxation room" with games, books, and etc. Parking is free.

Cons:

the reception is from 7am to 1pm, and the check-in is at 2pm, which had to be done by self check-in. It wasn't bad but the hotel felt almost deserted. Also, in the photos, it seemed like there were lots of gardens and parks accessible from the hotel, but the garden right in front of the entrance was all locked (different private property i guess), and unfortunately the Farnese gardens were closed on the day i visited. There weren't many restaurants near the hotel, and it's difficult to eat there without reservations. The hotel claimed to be a pet-friendly place, but the dog couldn't enter the breakfast room together.

Soggiorno piacevole a Sala Baganza: camera confortevole, ambiente accogliente e staff sempre gentile.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Sala Baganza per un weekend, in occasione di una visita ai parenti, e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole.
La camera era molto confortevole, curata e accogliente, così come l’ambiente generale dell’hotel, che trasmette una piacevole sensazione di tranquillità.
Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con cortesia.
Un soggiorno rilassante e ben organizzato: lo consigliamo e lo terremo sicuramente in considerazione per il futuro.
