Pros:

The rooms are badly mainitined. The water flow is horrible in the taps, had to call mainaitainance. The curtains and bedcovers are unclean.

The staff are very helpful, But the maintainance of the property along with cleanliness is heavily challanged

Pros:

The rooms are in the poor form, curtains were uncleaned and not worth for money at all.The rooms, foods and service is of two star hotel , but the fort look and garden and surrounding are astonishing

The hospitality of the staff, the breakfast, the greenery surroundings, and the river view room were so mesmerizing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only thing that I didn't like was the limited option of food and no buffet option if you are not coming through the package.

Pros:

The hotel didn't have proper safety procedure, checked in without temperature check, no sanitisation on entry or infant of lifts, very risky, they should send investigators in Mayfair waves in Puri and implement
