Good location and lovely staff. Would not recommend the accommodation
Pros:

Location is excellent. However loud at night and early morning. Hannah the customer services manager was excellent and went above and beyond to help us and actually moved us to a sister hotel which was so much nicer. She was a pleasure to deal with and was so helpful. Thank you Hannah

Cons:

The facilities advertised on the website are not a true reflection of what we paid for. The property is advertised as having a pool and spa, but we discovered the first night that these are actually located in a different hotel. We were also advised that the restaurant is in another hotel again. These facilities were key factors in our decision to book here, and we felt we were misled by the description and photos of the property.

The website also states that the rooms are soundproof; however, this has not been our experience

I also feel that the information about the facilities, especially on booking.com, should be much clearer and more transparent for future guests.

In addition, my husband is uncomfortable using lifts, and unfortunately the staircase there presents a health and safety concern. There are items stored along the stairs, and even the receptionist said they were considered to be dangerous

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, right in all the action. A bit noisy at night but as to be expected for the location. Bathroom was very small but we didn't need more. Has an elevator for ease of going up and down the floors.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Perfekt für einen Seightseeing Trip.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Sehr zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal. Der vom Hotel organisierte Flughafentransfer am frühen Morgen hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Uns wurden sogar schon um 10:00 h Zimmer bereitgestellt. Sobald sie verfügbar waren, hat uns die Rezeption per WhatsApp angeschrieben. Perfekt!

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad befindet sich nicht im Hotel.

Chambre très confortable, excellent emplacement et personnel accueillant

L’accueil etait incroyable. Le personnel est très aimable et pro. Toujours la pour nous aider dans nos démarches.
La chambre est propre, confortable. Le lit est très agréable.
