Splendid Hotel & Spa

The staff were the friendliest most helpful staff, especially Hannah, Bling and the young man working the night of the 4th of June who’s name I never got, but they were all so incredibly helpful and kind, the bed was unbelievably comfortable I struggled to get out of it! Rooms were so well ventilated too, 5/5⭐️

The location of this hotel is amazing. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning plus a fan. Excellent value for money

Ich hatte insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Splendid Hotel & Spa in Hanoi. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Hannah und Flora von der Rezeption. Beide sind sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Damen, die immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht haben und dafür sorgen, dass man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt.

Das Bett ist sehr bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Außerdem ist die Lage des Hotels hervorragend. Es befindet sich direkt im Old Quarter von Hanoi, also mitten im Geschehen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Everything was great especially the location. Close to the lake and night market. Comfortable with everything we needed at the end of a hot day exploring. Hannah was exceptional! She was the perfect host. She had great communication from before check in to organising a driver to helping with check in, laundry, and local sight and food recommendations. All the staff were a great welcoming smile at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Hannah, Bling and Flora were the friendliest and most helpful staff team that I have ever come across at a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and the stay was amazing value for money.
It's a small hotel, just 12 rooms, so very little disturbance from other rooms and everything was clean and lovely. Good air conditioning which was quiet at night and the bathroom/shower room was clean and good. One small consideration is that there is loud live music outside on some evenings (Friday or Saturday) but it stopped by 11pm. Generally, a quiet place, despite being in the lovely Old Quarter and right in the midst of good shops and restaurants.
The pool (and breakfast if you want it) is at the Solis (sister hotel) which is a short walk away. It's a lovely roof-top pool with a sky-bar.
I felt like this was home, as I stayed for two weeks while my son was in hospital in Hanoi.

Excelente estancia en el Hotel Solis de Hanói. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era muy confortable, la comida estaba deliciosa y la ubicación es perfecta para recorrer la ciudad. Lo mejor, sin duda, ha sido la atención del personal: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento. Muy recomendable.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, l’emplacement idéal avec chambre vue sur le lac, confort et propreté, tout était parfait. Service bagagerie et lingerie très appréciable également.
