Location was decent and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

However, the toilet had an unpleasant smell—I had to spray air freshener myself. The room was also quite warm, even with the air conditioner set to 16°C, it didn’t feel cool at all. On top of that, there was no hot water in the shower.
