Lo que mas nos gustó y la mayor satisfacción, fue encontrar a Cristina en recepción, su trato fue especial, con todo tipo de atenciones a nuestras propuestas y desviviéndose con toda la amabilidad posible por nuestra comodidad. Para nosotros el mejor activo del hotel sin duda.
El lugar es especial y las vistas del viñedo muy bonitas.
La cama muy cómoda y confortable.
El desayuno estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Al hotel le falta un toque de actualización, el abuso en algunas zonas del papel pintado, en ocasiones con un dibujo exagerado que resulta agobiante.
La nuestra era una suite junior, y había varios detalles que resultaban decepcionantes para este tipo de habitación, un sofá viejo y muy incomodo, El suelo de ta terraza eran tablas medio sueltas arqueadas y muy deterioradas, pero lo peor es la ducha, con un cerco negro todo alrededor del plato, de la tela asfáltica colocada debajo del mismo, que parecía todo menos limpio.

Loved the hotel would definitely go again but I would eat out .
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, room was beautiful, everything about it was gorgeous. Staff were great.

Cons:

I was really disappointed in the food options for vegetarians. I had the only starter as a main dish as there was no other choice. I couldn’t eat it as it was tasteless. Breakfast was good and lots of options.

Pros:

Location was perfect, food exceeded our expectations, however the bar served us a wine which we enjoyed, but when we ordered a bottle from reception it wasn't the same wine and wasn't displayed anywhere else on site..

Cons:

The room decor was very dated, it maybe nicce however having a shower and propping open the wall at same time isn't practical. Mobile caravans have better shower facilities

Fijne bedden, maar wat het leukst was was het ingenieuze ontwerp van sanitaire gedeelte (uitklapbare schermen voor douche en wastafel). Uitzicht supermooi. Lekkere wijntjes.

Cons:

Restaurant (diner) was goed, maar karig en daarom veel te duur.

Beautiful location, wonderful welcoming and helpful staff. Enjoyed fabulous walk around the nearby countryside and returned to enjoy their fabulous wine. Very confortable bedrooms and enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening. Big thanks to the reception team who help us return some ítems that we left behind. Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting
Pros:

We had a magical stay here. The wines were incredible, the food was great, the area was beautiful and the hotel itself was stunning. The staff were fantastic too especially the restaurant staff. It was very hot when we were there so the only negative I’d have is that there’s no outdoor pool!
