In eerste instantie was de wijnmakerij onzichtbaar. Pas na de gevraagde rondleiding ging het leven. Guillermo heeft ons van alles verteld wat erg leuk was.

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage, keine 4 Sterne in Ausstattung und Service
Pros:

Lage knapp außerhalb Entrena auf einen Weinberg mit fantastischem Ausblick ins Tal. Hotel Modern und großzügig geschnitten. Der Bauhausartige Stil ist Geschmackssache. Zimmer hell und freundlich, sauber.
Essen Im Restaurant schmeckt gut, draußen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht.
Nette Führung durch die hauseigene Bodega, leider trotz 4 Nächten Aufenthalt nicht inklusive (19€)
Moderate Weinpreise.

Cons:

Zu wenig Personal. Über Tags ist eine Person für Rezeption und Bestellungen (Essen/Getränke/Weinbar) zuständig. Man musste also, wenn man was wollte immer vom Garten zur Rezeption laufen, keinerlei Service im Garten. Am Morgen und va. am Abend im Restaurant ebenfalls nur 1 Person, daher lange Wartezeiten, wirkte unprofessionell.
SPA nicht inklusive.
Frühstück eher "übersichtlich".
Am meisten störte uns, dass es in diesem wunderschönen Garten mit schattigen Olivenbäumen und der tollen Sicht keinerlei Loungemöbel gab. Nur klapprige Gartenstühle aus Plasik. Das lud nicht sehr zum chillen und Weingenießen ein.
Insgesamt keine 4 Sterne wert.

Beautiful views of Rioja
Pros:

Beautiful location and views, although be aware you're out of town. We ate in the restaurant for the tasting menu with matching wines. A strong ethos of locally sourced produce introduced foods I had not had before and others I wouldn't normally eat - be adventurous! Rooms were clean and spacious. Team were all friendly and helpful. There's a spa facility but we didn't get to time to use it. Highly recommend afternoon drinks on the downstairs terrace.

Cons:

There's nothing I didn't like but be aware that you're driving distance from any local town if you want to visit bars or restaurants.

A wonderful peaceful setting overlooking the vineyards
Pros:

This is a quirky hotel and bodega . The staff were super friendly and the setting was stunning .

Cons:

Well we couldn’t do a wine tour as it needs 6 people which was a shame .

Kort verblijf en daar blijft het voor ons bij
Pros:

Het hotel ligt tegen een berg tussen de wijngaarden en is goed bereikbaar. De ontvangst was keurig en correct. De kamer is wat ons betreft iets te ver doorgeschoten qua styling. Op het bed na, is alles achter platen board 'verstopt', zodat het allemaal heel strak ingericht moet lijken, Voor ons hoeft dat niet, maar smaken verschillen. Het bed was prima, de kamer was schoon. Het ontbijt was goed en compleet. De bediening in de bar en het restaurant was teleurstellend.

Cons:

Het diner viel ons zwaar tegen. Wij bestelde van het menu een entrecote en dat kwam er ook, maar meer dan een stukje vlees lag er niet op het bord. Geen groenten, geen frites, geen saus, helemaal NIETS!
Omdat er toch ook wel veel buitenlanders komen mag je van de bediening toch wel verwachten dat zij iets Engels kunnen spreken. Er was totaal geen communicatie mogelijk en wij hadden de indruk dat de serveerster zelfs bang was om iets tegen ons te moeten zeggen of vragen. Graag het personeel beter instrueren en opleiden om met gasten om te kunnen gaan.

Gute Location, schlechtes Restaurant
Pros:

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Receptionistin, die gute Unterlagen und Tipps hatte.
Cooles avantgardistisches Zimmer. Etwas ältlich aber absolut OK.
Schöne Lage in den Rebbergen.
Reichhaltiges, qualitativ gutes Frühstück

Das hoteleigene Restaurant.
Hier war die Bedienung unmotiviert eher unfreundlich.
Auch das Essen war höchstens durchschnittlich mit kleinen Portionen.
Wir hatten zur Vorspeise die "Spargeln mit Sauce" bestellt. Es gab dann auf einem grossen Teller eine (1) dicke weisse Spargel, welche nicht geschält in etwa 8 Stücke zerschnitten und aufgestellt und mit Sauce übergossen wurde. Kostete 12Euro!!! und war gar nicht fein. (siehe Bild im Anhang)

El paisaje no lo cambio por nada pero si creo que tienen que mejorar en la comidad de las camas. En la carte de comidas
