Ubicación, cercania al mercado de jeju, al aeropuerto, al puerto etc.

Cons:

La limpieza, al llegar habían pelos en el suelo, no te dan ni cepillos de dientes ,peines, etc te cobran por ello. No te ponen cafe, ni azucar ,ni palito para removerlo nada...
Pedi una plancha,la dejé fuera como se me dijo en recepción y no la recogieron en todo el día...
La lavanderia cierra a las 10pm y el gym , la piscina estaba vacía . Mandé mensajes a recepción preguntando cosas y no me respondieron nunca.

It was okay.
Pros:

- Staff was nice and helpful, including the cleaners.
- The ocean view is lovely. We had a balcony with was the cherry on top!

Cons:

- The bathroom had a really strong smell (sewers?) and if the bathroom door was left opened it would go into the rest of the bedroom.
- The advert says it has a pool but it's only opened for the summer, in July, which is very missleading.
- There is a window between the bathroom and the bedroom, however the blind is opened and closed from the outside and there are quite big gaps between the blind and the window frame.
- Mattresses were too soft.

Very comfortable seaside hotel with English speaking staffs to guide tourists.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel near the seaside with many nearby restaurants, and the staffs are English speaking and helpful to guide tourists visiting the Jeju Island.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Le "valet" qui gare votre voiture et la chemise de nuit sur le lit sont des plus très sympa. La proximité des restaurants et des magasins est appréciable. Et j'oubliais la vue mer de la chambrecest super.

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle pas très bien l'anglais.

One of the staff members was knowledgeable and helpful. The location was good.

Cons:

This should not be listed as a 4 star hotel. The lobby and hallways were dirty throughout with light litter/dirt/leaves scattered throughout. The room was looked very aged. For example, the carpet was dirty (black all around the permiter od rhe room), the table on the balcony was rusted, the net on the patio door was ripped with big holes (so bugs could easily enter), the wall paper was slipping and/or peeling in areas. There was no tissue paper in the room, so you had to use toilet paper to blow your nose/wipe your hands. For a room with two beds there was only 1 bedside table for one bed. This bed side table wasn't even in between the beds so we were forced to keep our phones on the questionable carpet. The room also had an odd smell.

Overall seeing that this hotel is listed as a 4 star, I was terribly disappointed and would not recommend. It's better rated as a 3 star hotel.
