Hotel Whistlelark Jeju

Just want to share my experience in this hotel to remind other tourists about their advertisement with their sea view option in their website. We booked for 3 nights deluxe double SEAVIEW HKD2,340.00 (high price compare to other room types). When we reached our room, we were assigned in this room with harbour view and a noise from the fishing boats. I went down to ask for a room change but they’ve mentioned that ALL OF THEIR ROOMS are half SEA VIEW and half HARBOUR VIEW but I saw some of the rooms are facing the full sea view and deluxe room as well. Inside the room is not that clean. You can bring your own slippers as well coz their hotel slippers are reused, phone have moulds, bath mat is old and tear off. Just be careful when booking this hotel. If you don’t mind about the view, well the location is fine though.

STayed here for 3 nights in the ocean facing room with balcony. Room was clean and spacious. Basic amenities were provided. No toothbrush/no toothpaste. Bring your own. I have no complaints. Location was good. Near to dongmun market, shopping, eateries. Will stay here again. Staff can speak english. No room extension given unless you pay.

I had paid extra for a sea view, which I was very happy with. The room was really nice and comfy. The bathroom was lovely too.
There was everything there I could need.
The swimming pool has weird time restrictions but I am not sure that anyone took any notice of them anyway.
The only downside to my room was that if I had my balcony door open - which I did whenever possible, there was a really strong smell of fish coming into the room from the local fish restaurant, as a non fish eater this really was overpowering and not nice, fortunately on the last day to was quite windy so it wasn’t as bad.
Highly recommended all in all.

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel was well situated but the view and access to the sea were quite limited. The only thing that was irritating was the pool not opening until 14.00 and the charge placed on using it and a towel

The location is incredible. Our room has balcony facing sea and pool. No conditioner and lotion compare to other hotels. Also just 1 pillow each guest only.

This property is very outdated.Staffs are very friendly. Convenient location

This is my second stay at Whistlelark. Hotel is comfortable, service is good with staff who can speak English and location is convenient, near shopping, food options and airport.

Great central location, with an ocean view. I do calisthenics in my room, so I appreciated that the floor still had carpet on it (although I understand why many hotel rooms do not). However, the internet was spotty, which was very frustrating when I was trying to attend an online celebration of life for a dear friend who had recently passed away.
And my pet peeve: why were there no black tea bags in the room? Not everyone drinks green tea...

Very close to the boardwalk and also to Black Pork Street. There's also a lot of restaurants close by, and a McDonald's. I only stayed for one night but it was nicely air conditioned and very clean. Definitely would recommend. While there are a lot of restaurants and things, it was a quiet.

Perfect stay for our big family in Jeju. We loved staying on this side of the island. The location is close to everything (fresh seafood, dining, shopping and sightseeing).

The rooms are very clean and we loved sitting on our balconies watching the boats in the morning and evening.

We all enjoyed the hotel's breakfast buffet. All 11 of us could find more than enough things to eat and drink. The hotel's restaurant was very good too. It had very large portions. We also loved the fresh baked goods at the cafe.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the WhistleLark hotel to anyone staying in Jeju

It was by the topdong park and near sea wall

The room smells fishy but the staff is quick to respond to our request on change unclean towels and clean dusty vents. However, for the last night stay, all service in cleaning, making up the bed, downgraded.

宿泊日よりも1カ月半ほど早い日に問い合わせメールを送るも、返事無し。3日前に同じ内容を送るも返事無し。
コンセントとドライヤーが部屋に無く、借りに行くもコンセントはそのまま貸し出されたものの、チェックアウトの際には貸出チケットと提出しろと言われ、無い旨を伝えるもそんなはずはないと。何度かやり取りし、解決？　
ドライヤーは1日目に何処を探しても見つからず、2日目にフロントへ行くと、ブランケットの横にあると言われたが部屋中を探しても無い旨を伝えるも、おかしいと。後で持って行くと言われ部屋に入ると何故か無かったはずのドライヤーが洗面台にぽつんと置いてありました。2人で探しても全くなかったのに、2日目に有るって。。。怖かったです。
フロントで対応したスタッフさんは丁寧には程遠い人達でした。
シャワールームには髪の毛が大量に落ちていました。
お水は何故か2日目だけ補充されていました。減っていても3日目からは無し。
エレベーターは３基ありましたが来るのが遅いです。
皆さんの口コミ通りシャワーは弱めです。
立地は良かったです。
