Sant Jaume Design Hotel

as soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff members ( Alex,Mark and Althea - I hope I am not misspelling their names). Mark was wonderful and explained in details and provided all tips and advice about the city and gave a list of recommended restaurants in the area ( he also provided a map and showed us main city attractions).
The hotel staff made sure to put the right suitcases in the right room. The rooms were very spacious ,clean and comfortable. The hotel location was amazing in the middle of old palma downtown. everything was within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our staff at this beautiful hotel, well located in central Palma. The hotel was tastefully decorated and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly. The rooftop sun bathing and plunge pool was great and there was a good bar and service

It was beautiful and cool…! Was very hot when we visited, but our room and the hotel was perfectly air conditioned. The staff were all super friendly, and they kept our room immaculate. The room was so comfortable, and they had lovely touches. They even left us glasses to watch the eclipse. Would definitely return to Sant Jaume. Oh and breakfast was first class too.

Todo, la estancia fue maravillosa. Ubicación perfecta para caminar Palma, incluso para ir a las playas de la ciudad a pie. Decoración cuidada, piscina y spa cómodos incluso para nuestra estancia con bebé de un año, desayuno muy completo y de calidad, y el personal, super atentos y amables. A destacar la atención de Alejandro, los consejos de Jordi y Mark y la ayuda y el cariño de Víctor y Paula en los desayunos. Muy recomendable!

Our stay at Sant Jaume Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you arrive.

The staff were exceptional – friendly, attentive and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Their service really made our stay special.

Our room was immaculate, comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast each morning was superb, with plenty of fresh, delicious options. The rooftop terrace and plunge pool were the perfect place to unwind after exploring the beautiful streets of Palma.

This was our first stay at Sant Jaume Boutique Hotel, and it certainly won't be our last. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming and perfectly located hotel in the heart of Palma.

The It hotel group on the wonderful island of Mallorca are a credit to the owners and colleagues who have made each stay at each hotel a consistent pleasure.

Very good location of the hotel, right in the city center. The room overall was small but clean, apart from the bathroom. The breakfast was alright, although not for this price.

Have stayed here previously and returned to dine. The hotel has the restaurant El Comado and even on a street like Sant Jaume with top restaurants it is worth going fright to the top of the street to see the Convent and stop here for lunch or dinner. Our family dined here twice Victor welcomed us back and served us the most fabulous hamburgers and octopus dishes. My wife had a superb cod loin dish. Dark chocolate brownie is excellent. Restaurant was not as busy as it deserves to be as the food is absolutely delicious and service first class. We cannot compliment chef Antonio enough the dishes are consistently a little bit special. The second time we ate we were served by Shemir who was so charming and helpful to all the diners and put a smile on everyone’s face. el Comado at Sant Jaume luxury design hotel is genuinely much more than a hotel restaurant and I strongly recommend for tapas or modern dining in beautiful surroundings. Every item of art and furniture is a treat to behold and service is really exceptional.
