Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Seilbahnstation auf dem Pordoi-Pass. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet - wir erhielten sogar ein Upgrade auf die nächste Zimmerkategorie.

Staff is very nice and attentive. The in is across the street to the gondola of the Dolomites and it’s beautiful. Great one nite spot for summer hikers.

Superfint, nyoppusset rom i et veldig hyggelig, familiedrevet hotell. Veldig god service. Frokosten kunne kanskje hatt et litt større utvalg, men alt i alt veldig fornøyd!

Price too high for the quality. You are far from dining options in the middle of a few tourist shops. Views OK but rooms are small and shower is tiny! Breakfast very basic and there was no hot water if you shower after breakfast!!

Hotel run by the same family for the last 135 years. Very nice people. Great views of the mountains. Beds were very comfortable.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen am Pass. Die öffentlichen Räume sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert und in einem top Zustand. Die Wirte und Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was man braucht, Kaffee ist sehr gut. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed only for 1 night and everything was great! They even upgraded our room with no extra charge since there was a better one available.

Hotel nella media in una posizione spettacolare ma scomoda se bisogna spostarsi con la macchina x via dei 27 tornati da fare x arrivare a valle.. ma questo era considerato.... La cosa ridicola è stata di dover pagare l'acqua della cena nonostante il nostro soggiorno comprendesse la mezza pensione!!

Struttura buona, situata al passo Pordoi con paesaggio meraviglioso ma scomodo per arrivare al paese di Canazei . Essendo stata la prima vacanza da queste parti non mi rendevo conto, ma diventa scomodo dover ogni volta scendere per arrivare ai paesini sottostanti.
Buono il cibo, curata e abbastanza ricercata la scelta del menù che comunque propone ogni giorno qualcosa di tipico, non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l'acqua sia a pagamento e non compresa nella mezza pensione così come caffè e cappuccino a colazione.

Very kind attention in this nice hotel. I was allowed to do a late check out. Food at the restaurant was delicious as well, so I enjoyed all my stay here.

Camere pulite e servizio in sala cortese. Peccato la poca chiarezza ed educazione di una delle titolari. Al checkout quando ho chiesto spiegazioni in merito al pagamento dell'acqua a cena con la mezza pensione mi è stato domandato se mi fossi svegliata male e quando mi è stato presentato il conto totale, segnalando che avevo già pagato in anticipo, sono stata redarguita con uno STIA CALMA! Inoltre, errore mio, ho segnalato solo in fase di partenza il water rotto e il phon senza protezione nelle ventole e sono stata nuovamente ripresa perché era mio compito controllare la stanza a detta loro.
In ultimo, leggo in altri siti dove segnalano presente un menù bimbi che in realtà non è presente, non è mai nemmeno stato proposto.

The remote location is incredible with some of the best views of the Dolomites. Because it’s in the middle of nowhere there’s very limited facilities and restaurants outside of the hotel, but that’s to be expected. However, it’s right in the middle of some of the best walks and views in the Dolomites. Food is pretty standard, but given the price is an amazing deal. Ideal for walkers, climbers and bikers looking for no frills but the best location.

Ottimo albergo in posizione elevata ,con vista meravigliosa e a poca strada dalla stupenda Canazei

valde boendet pga läget på passet.
Personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, fast man måste fråga efter allt aktivt, de förstår inte vad man skulle kunna behöva (typ torkrum efter en dag i ösregn). Men allt finns. Ganska god mat och den bästa Aperol Spritz jag har fått hittills.
