Great location and costumer service, more focus on cleaning and dealing with the damp smell.
Pros:

Location was good and costumer service was very helpful with our concerns.

Cons:

There is smell of damp in the room and building. Doesn’t look very clean.

Pros:

有廚房、冰箱、自助入住還不錯。

Cons:

最近開始另外收稅，原本聯絡已經確認過後，結果入住時信封上要求的是2倍的價錢（好險我還自己去查證後確認是住宿房算錯），覺得有點糟糕。
還有不知道是不是氣溫氣壓的關係，打開抽風機的話，室內門窗噪音超級大聲半夜完全沒有辦法入睡...被吵了兩天才自己處理，為了不想移動連住6天結果只給了一個垃圾袋完全沒有告知垃圾回廠怎麼處理。

Bra plass for en billig penge om man bare trenger en plass å være i noen dager
Pros:

Veldig greit hotell å bo på hvis man vil bo billig og nært stasjonen.

Cons:

Rommet var veldig skitten enkelte plasser, bad og soverom hadde plasser der støv hadde samlet seg så hadde ikke blitt vasket ordentlig

二度と利用しない．
Pros:

ない，臭い．ホテルと称しているが，民泊．

Cons:

部屋が臭かった．前の人の煙草の臭いが残っていたのではないか？
動線が確保されていない．ベッドにサイドボードがないので，充電中のスマホを手の届く所におけない．ソファはシミだらけで汚い．翌朝，身体が少し痒くなった．
キッチン用品が用意されているが，お玉やターナーは少し汚れていた．どうせ使わないけど．
アメニティがおそらく激安のシャンプー，コンディショナー，ボディーソープ．よくビジネスホテルや温浴施設においてあるPOLA製のものではない．
バスローブはない．テーブルが小さすぎる．ハンガーを壁掛けできない．洗面台にゴミが付着して汚れていた．

要は単に少し広い1Kマンションにベッドと大きめのモニターを置いただけの部屋なので，コンセントやゴミ箱の位置が悪すぎる．

もう利用することはない。
Cons:

チェックインするための事前メールが文字化けしていて全く読めなかったので到着後ホテルの事務へ連絡して電話で鍵を手に入れるための番号を聞かなければならなかった。また空調が壊れていて全く使えなかった上にホテルからは代わりの部屋は用意できない、返金は１割のみ行うと言われた(3人部屋なのに1人用の布団を1枚だけ持ってこられた)部屋も清潔感がなく価格が全く見合っていなかったと感じる。

The room and bedsheets were very clean, with all the necessary hygiene products.

Cons:

It was a little tricky to enter the room/get the keys.
There was absolutely NO information on how to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi anywhere (in the email exchange, hall or the room itself, even though Wi-Fi has been stated as one of the offered services). Had to call the reception a few times.

It's affordable for a quick trip to Kyoto, and it was near from Kyoto Station, about 15 minutes.

There weren't any issues that would affected my trip.

Pros:

The place is an unmanned facility, it's a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the nearest subway and bus and 15 minutes from the Kyoto station.
The building is pretty clean and the unit was in good condition and very well organised.
