Никогда не писал негативные отзывы но по этому номеру есть негативные впечатления

Cons:

Приехали днём, на улице было +6. В номере холоднее, но ничего: мы включили кондиционер, но номер прогрелся только на следующий день.

Следующая проблема, она сопутствующая: очень холодные полы всегда (у кровати ещё ковролин, но в коридоре и ванной это кошмар).

Следующая проблема: за один день до отъезда пропала горячая вода, и она не появилась. Персонал выходил на связь несколько часов, но всё равно ничего не произошло. Уехали так, не сходив в душ.

Очень медленный Wi-Fi, приходилось раздавать с телефона.

Кафе рядом нет (лучше силиться с другой стороны вокзала)

スタッフは迅速な対応をしてくださり助かりました。

Cons:

部屋の掃除がまったくできていなく、本当に汚かった。
ベッドの枕には短い毛がいくつもあり、バスルームには前に宿泊した人が使った歯磨き粉の残り、毛が残っていたりカーペットは毛やほこりが靴下につき本当に不快でした、
ベッドルームはかび臭く、壁やエアコンをよくみるとカビもあり、部屋には空気清浄機などもなく、快適とは程遠い部屋、20000円を払った価値は本当になかった。

Cons:

Lounge chair was old and damaged - there were big hollows where people sat so it needs to be replaced.
No bench space in the kitchen - perhaps get a big cutting board that could fit over the sink to use as a bench.
We had to buy batteries for the air conditioner in the bedroom as it wouldn’t work at first.

他のホテルに比べたら値段は安いが、安いには理由があるんだなと感じた。
Pros:

洗濯機があり、洗剤も2回分用意されていて連泊する時には助かる

Cons:

ソファがボロボロ。こんなに座り心地の悪いソファは初めて。カーペットも古いのか、滞在中ダニアレルギーを発症し、家族みんな体が痒くなり、鼻水も出ていた。部屋の隅々にもカビがあり、掃除が行き届いていないと感じた。

Excellent value: clean, comfy, and fairly accessible. Only con is no 24/7 manned reception.
Pros:

Very close to a bus stop that links it to nearby sites including Tofukuji, Kiyomizu-dera, and Gion. Cleanest hotel room I stayed in Japan. Complete facilities and fairly large room for the price you pay. Walkable from Kyoto station although the path tends to be quite dark at night (not unusual in Kyoto though). While this hotel has unmanned reception, staff allowed me to have my luggage sent to their sister hotel a few hundred meters away for me to pick up on my arrival. Overall, my stay felt like I was in an above average BnB.

Cons:

No 24/7 reception, but I never needed to contact them anyway as everything just worked as expected
