Pros:

The room and bedsheets were very clean, with all the necessary hygiene products.

Cons:

It was a little tricky to enter the room/get the keys.
There was absolutely NO information on how to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi anywhere (in the email exchange, hall or the room itself, even though Wi-Fi has been stated as one of the offered services). Had to call the reception a few times.

It's affordable for a quick trip to Kyoto, and it was near from Kyoto Station, about 15 minutes.

There weren't any issues that would affected my trip.

Pros:

The place is an unmanned facility, it's a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the nearest subway and bus and 15 minutes from the Kyoto station.
The building is pretty clean and the unit was in good condition and very well organised.

Room just didn’t look like the picture and the bed was two singles on a queen base which kept sliding apart creating a gap in the middle :(

Pros:

Très bon prix. L'emplacement est très bien, à proximité d'une station de métro et de commerces. Beaucoup d'appareils électroménagers donc super pratique. Possibilité de faire sa lessive et sécher son linge. La connexion internet est correcte.

Cons:

Le lit est un peu mou à mon goût mais reste assez confortable. Par contre il n'y a pas de lumière à proximité du lit, et pas de prises électriques non plus.

Никогда не писал негативные отзывы но по этому номеру есть негативные впечатления

Cons:

Приехали днём, на улице было +6. В номере холоднее, но ничего: мы включили кондиционер, но номер прогрелся только на следующий день.

Следующая проблема, она сопутствующая: очень холодные полы всегда (у кровати ещё ковролин, но в коридоре и ванной это кошмар).

Следующая проблема: за один день до отъезда пропала горячая вода, и она не появилась. Персонал выходил на связь несколько часов, но всё равно ничего не произошло. Уехали так, не сходив в душ.

Очень медленный Wi-Fi, приходилось раздавать с телефона.

Кафе рядом нет (лучше силиться с другой стороны вокзала)
