Schönes Hotel im Zentrum Berlins
Pros:

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel, leider aktuell mitten in Umbaumaßnahmen. Saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Stichprobenartige Kontrolle am Eingang das nur befugte Personen das Hotel betreten (Zimmerkarte vorweisen)

Cons:

Von den Renovierungsarbeiten bekommt man morgens und abends wenig mit, Nachmittags kann es aber schon mal zu Lärm und oder Vibration kommen. Hauptsächlich war der Bereich von der Bar+ Restaurant betroffen.

The hotel feels cramped, lacks attention to detail, and is overpriced for the experience
Pros:

It's super well located. The rooftop bar is famous and nice.

Cons:

The hotel has a massive room layout problem. Its one of the smallest hotel rooms i ever stayed it. Even in a hostel you have more room. You literally can't move properly. I was fortunately alone but with two people it must feel super uncomfortable.

Attention to detail is missing during checkin. No upgrades where offered (even discussed) e.g. what is your room preference. The checkin employee hasn't properly noted down my company name. Need to request a new invoice because of this eventhough i gave her the business card to just copy paste in the information.

They have a security guy protecting the entrance that is a bit hostile (because of the rooftop bar) > not really great. Its not super safe as the elevators can be taken without authentication - so everyone could literally knock at your hotel door 24/7.

If the price would be 60 Euro per night i think its a fair deal as hotel. But i payed nearly 110 Euro and for that its overpriced or at least not a good price to value ratio. I would recommend to stay in another hotel if you can. For that price u can find better establishments in Berlin. You can check out the rooftop bar even if you don't stay in this hotel.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Preis-/Leistung passt.
Pros:

sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption, schicke Hotelbar, bequeme Betten, Steckdose am Bett und großer Spiegel im Zimmer. Schöne Regendusche und angenehm duftende Pflegeprodukte. Gepflegtes Haus direkt am Ku‘damm.

Cons:

Bad recht klein, Verdunklung des Zimmers gelingt nicht vollständig, Frühstück ok, aber etwas überteuert (z.B. fehlendes Rührei, beengtes Sitzen)

Gelungenes Wochenende in Berlin
Pros:

Rooftop Bar top. Zimmer klein aber sehr sauber. Bett komfortabel. Frühstück auch gut. Die Lage direkt am Zoo perfekt für einen Berlinbesuch 🙂

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr klein. Uns hat es für 2 Nächte nicht gestört.
