Pros:

A beautiful, modern hotel with little complications, nice sized rooms, great bed and shower, great views, particularly from the gorgeous 10th floor lounge, the highlight of the hptel. Relaxing, beautifulltly designed and decorated, good drinks.

Cons:

Staff were hit-and-miss. Sometimes polite, others clearly overwhelmed. The food at the lounge and the breakfast were very average
