The cost was fair but customer service is no frills and prices at hotel store are excessive.
Pros:

Everything worked in our room. Nothing was broken. The location was convenient. Breakfast was included. Complementary coffee and tea were always available. Good security. Games available. The key card worked.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great and was the same each day. The prices at the hotel shop were outrageous. A bottle of water was $3. My sheets had a stain. Housekeeping was minimal and stingy with towels and washcloths.

Très bon séjour, hôtel bien placé par rapport au Quartier Français et pas très loin de transports
Pros:

Buffet petits déjeuners varié et très copieux. Faire ses propres gaufres était un peu long vu le succès mais c'était super et elles étaient délicieuses. La taille de la chambre équipée était plus que suffisante et bien agencée.
Les efforts du personnel pour traduire nos demandes et y répondre. Pas bruyant.

Cons:

Pas de séparation sur la partie lavabo et la chambre d'où lumière quand l'un dort.
Ce n'était pas lié à l'hôtel mais pas de magasin de vente alimentaire proche alors qu'on a la possibilité de cuisiner.

Hilton name but not quality I wouldn’t stay here again

Wednesday had a little appetizer bar which was great

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready at check in
Every staff member had an attitude but Jeff who poured me a drink because after 10 hours in the car and rooms not being ready and valet yelling at me I was done
Seasoned food so heavy you really couldn’t eat it
Asked for blanket because missing one took over an hour
Took 20 mins for valet to get my car (spent 65 dollars a day to park)
Asked for housekeeping to pick up trash at 945 when we came back at 230 still there room stunk because we had food and diaper in trash
Never did have our room cleaned or refreshed was there 4 nights
40 degrees outside or kids asked front desk if they could refill hot coacoa packets was told no …

Overall very enjoyable
Pros:

Location location location …walking distance to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street

Cons:

The breakfast was wrapped up far too early ….which makes a mad rush at 9 am as it is mostly taken away at 915 am…far too early for most folks that want to sleep in after 14 hour flights ……booking in time is horrendous at 4 pm it makes a very long day for elderly people …has plenty of juice but no cold water for guests ….

Very convenient to the Saenger theater where we were going. Nice & clean. Very good staff.
Loved the Wed evening cocktail party either great food & wine.

Big Easy in French Quaters
Pros:

I like the location of how close we were of a walk to Canal and restaurants. The vibe was always there day and nite.

Cons:

Didn't car too much for parking and being charged. I di see how space is very limited in the city, but definitely a negative for me.
