Pros:

The location was perfect, walking distance from Canal street and Bourbon Street. Staff was wonderful and room was ready prior to check-in time.

Cons:

Two issues, first we paid for two rooms, both with double beds and both rooms had single beds. Secondly, one room requested clean towels and never received them. Was told they were in laundry.

The location and staff was fantastic and price was very affordable for such a nice facility.

The location to everything we wanted to see and do was perfect.
The lounge area was HUGE.

Cons:

Only complaint would be is that we were told we would be able to check in early only to be then told we could not.
