Die etwas hohe Parkgebühr bei unseren Auto . Wegen Übergröße..
The location is absolutely terrific. We were close to many trolley stations, bus stops and within walking distance to French Quarter district. The room has full kitchen with full size fridge but freezer had the loudest fan that made so much noise it would wake me up in the middle of the night. Breakfast was great and it's a buffet style, which we loved.
The hotel room was clean but showed lots of worn down conditions. Like the freezer fan that banged loud against the inside of the freezer all night. Horrible noise that came on and off all day and worse at night. The sheets were very worn, and some even had small holes and tears. The shower head couldn't be adjusted and had little water pressure. The iron was old and dirty and had something on it and almost ruined my shirt when I wanted to use it. I managed to clean it in order to use it. But as I said, almost everything was in very poor condition, but in working order. Normally, I would take pictures of a place where we stay on vacation, but there was nothing worthy of taking a picture of inside the hotel or our room. Just good but not great.
Perfect location, French Quarter is right around the corner, a very clean place, nice breakfasts and very friendly always helpful staff
Clean and very comfortable. Respectfully and kind staff with great customer service. Very close to major tour groups in FQ.

Clairement un manque de propreté, le jour de l’arrivée, il y avait 3 taches dans les draps du lit et une sorte de crotte accrochée.
Certaines personnes du personnel semble en avoir pas grand chose à faire de vous.
Un bonjour et un au revoir ne coute pas grand chose.
