Relaxing after being on road all day
Pros:

Clean, easy to get to and was price right

Cons:

No hot tub but understand they had been having trouble with it so no big deal

For the price I paid, disappointing.
Cons:

Air conditioning not working, had to move us to a different room. Weight machine out of order. Body wash dispenser empty. Breakfast had very few options. Trash on the elevator floor the two nights we stayed there, never cleaned up. For 300 bucks a night I would never stay here again.

Predictable amenities with very little guest support after check in.
Pros:

Staff very nice, but had to be summoned since no one seems to staff the front desk consistently. Had to ring a buzzer or make a phone call every time we needed help. Not a huge deal, but time consuming. Breakfast only OK, but for the price, it met our needs.

Cons:

Very noisy. Walls and hallways insufficient to block noise from outside the room/coming from other rooms. Front desk staff was absent after 8.30PM to address noise complaints. Felt like the facilities were fine, but that guests were mainly on our own once we checked in. Not a lot of guest support, presumably because this chain does not want to pay people to work after hours shifts in order to meet guest needs.

The location was great. It was close to the Simpson Campus and restaurants. The facility was clean but noticed our room bathroom could use an upgrade. cracks in ceiling etc.

Cons:

Air conditioner sweaked for about 5 seconds every time it turned off, and was loud enough to wake us up.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing to brag about.
