Predictable amenities with very little guest support after check in.
Pros:

Staff very nice, but had to be summoned since no one seems to staff the front desk consistently. Had to ring a buzzer or make a phone call every time we needed help. Not a huge deal, but time consuming. Breakfast only OK, but for the price, it met our needs.

Cons:

Very noisy. Walls and hallways insufficient to block noise from outside the room/coming from other rooms. Front desk staff was absent after 8.30PM to address noise complaints. Felt like the facilities were fine, but that guests were mainly on our own once we checked in. Not a lot of guest support, presumably because this chain does not want to pay people to work after hours shifts in order to meet guest needs.

The location was great. It was close to the Simpson Campus and restaurants. The facility was clean but noticed our room bathroom could use an upgrade. cracks in ceiling etc.

Cons:

Air conditioner sweaked for about 5 seconds every time it turned off, and was loud enough to wake us up.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing to brag about.

Staff was pleasant and breakfast very good

Cons:

Room was very cold - windows didn't seem to be sealed. Wind was blowing right through the sides - like no caulk. Asked for extra blankets and cranked heat up to 80 degrees all night

Pros:

Like most hotel properties, window A/C units do not get regular cleaning - thus allergies. My nose ran inside the room. Not outside where construct hay was spread and grass mowed.
Both beds have 3 tabs sticking out that will gouge your leg. Liability issue if someone pursed.
