Pros:

The location is amazing. 24h desk. Coffee and tea available at the lobby.

Su ubicación es excelente, la habitación es cómoda, con un buen baño (buena presión de la ducha), una buena señal de wi-fi y una atención bastante buena.

Cons:

Se nota que algunas de las alfombras están muy viejas, creo deben cambiarlas. Hay dos ascensores y sólo uno sirve, lo que es a veces un poco limitante cuando varias personas deben utilizarlo. No me parece que pidan un dinero extra como depósito (por cualquier problema que se dé), nunca había visto esto en un hotel.

The shower, in a sense that I didn’t get to have a cold shower after being out and about in a 90 degree weather, plus the shower pressure was not pressuring.

Great location. Quiet. Room clean and organized. Good ice machine. Room service provided each day.

Cons:

No refrigerator in rooms. Window coverings allow light into room. Only 1 of 2 lifts working. Can be a wait at times.

The location and the property is nice..lots of food options near by and proximity to public transport and tourist places.

Cons:

The check in experience was horrible..had to wait for 2 hours, further non availability of any Managerial staff is a matter of concern..the front wasn't able to resolve the issues..
