Important information:

Renovation work is done from Monday, 1st April 2024 to Saturday, 31st August 2024, daily. The entire building is under renovation. Some rooms may be affected by noise and odor. Please note that some rooms may not have views or use of balconies.

The hotel's free shuttle service runs as follows.
From Kawaguchiko train or bus station, or Fujikyu Highland: between 15:00 and 20:00. Please call upon arrival.
From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00.

The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-24:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Really enjoyed the time, especially the kids loved the room.
Pros:

The room had a fantastic view of Mount Fuji, and the room was very big and spacious and with all the amenities.

Cons:

The location is not the best, but it is not really far away from most of the places. It really takes you some time to get a cab to move around, and the hotel shuttle is not that regular.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und die hohe Sauberkeit. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war auch richtig gut. Ein guter Platz, um beim Fuji zu verweilen. Der Blick auf den Fuji ist richtig schön.

Réveil exceptionnel avec vue sur le Mont Fuji
Pros:

La taille de la chambre, les kimonos mis à disposition dans les chambres et surtout la vue sur le mont Fuji malgré que nous soyons au 2e étage. Le Check-in a pu être fait légèrement avant 15h ce qui était très sympa. Et le personnel est à l’écoute pour les demandes spéciales (taxi…). Le restaurant est très bon et le personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

Manque d’informations sur le service navette, malgré que l’on ai envoyé un message dans la matinée, nous n’avons pas eu de réponse. Il faut téléphoner depuis cabine locale et le service ne se fait qu’à partir de 15h… un jour de pluie c’est compliqué !!

Great place to stay for amazing Mt Fuji Views
Pros:

Great customer service, easy check ina nd check out. Big room and comfortable bed. Amazing view of Mount Fuji from the balcony, onsen and sauna available at hotel. Restaurants, shops and convenience stores within 10 mins walk and to train station. Definitely recommend if you want the perfect view of Mt fuji from hotel.

整體來說是好的，住宿價格也不貴，但可以不用在這邊用餐哈。
Pros:

地點很好，起床就可以看到富士山心情就很好。房間很大，還可以隔成客廳跟房間兩間。整體蠻舒適的。

Cons:

1.有加購晚餐涮涮鍋吃到飽，肉質跟菜色都很普通，但價格偏貴，整體CP值偏低，河口湖附近很多餐廳，覺得可以不用在這邊吃。
2.房間的設備比較舊一些，沙發的邊緣貼皮有點翹起來，小孩割到手臂(不過只是小刮傷所以沒有反映給店家)

Professional, pampered.
Pros:

Gorgeous view of Fuji from our room. Large room with a sitting area, dining area and separate bedroom. Bath house using natural hot springs was lovely. Breakfast buffet included in the plan was very enjoyable.

Cons:

Some staff slightly colder than some other hotels we stayed, but likely due to the more professional/business vibe compared to others. Some of them seemed not very familiar with what sightseeing options were available, saying there was only a taxi option, but we found out there were bus options too.
