Important information:

Renovation work is done from Monday, 1st April 2024 to Saturday, 31st August 2024, daily. The entire building is under renovation. Some rooms may be affected by noise and odor. Please note that some rooms may not have views or use of balconies.

The hotel's free shuttle service runs as follows.
From Kawaguchiko train or bus station, or Fujikyu Highland: between 15:00 and 20:00. Please call upon arrival.
From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00.

The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-24:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Stora rum med bästa utsikten över Fuji
Pros:

Hotellet har stora rum och balkonger mot berget Fuji och har troligtvis den bästa utsikten av berget än något annat hotell i staden, personalen är mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad. Vår badrum hade badkar kombinerat med en asiatisk dusch, vill man inte sitta på en pall och tvätta sig går det att duscha i badkaret men lite envishet. Japansk och amerikansk frukost erbjuds på hotell, de har även har ett Onsen (varmt bad) till hotellets gäster. Tvättmaskinen och varuautomat finns på hotellet till vänster om receptionen. Vill man inte äta på hotellet finns det restauranger ca 10min ifrån hotellet runt shoppingcentret Bell, efter korsningen finns även en Lawson närbutik som är öppet dygnet runt.

Cons:

Hotellet ligger ca 20 minuters promenad från Kawaguchiko station, men då delar av stan saknar trottoarer och hotellet ligger lite ovanför de centrala delarna bör man ej gå till hotellet med bagage. Hotellet har en shuttelbus som går mellan fasta tider. Den blå linjen av stans tre sightseeing bussar stannar på andra sidan gatan utanför shoppingcentret Bell, bussen går varje timme med sista avgång 17:38 vilket jag tycker är för tidigt om man vill äta på någon av stadens restauranger. Missar man sista bussen får man gå eller ta taxi till hotellet som kostar 1000-1200¥ när vi var där våren 2026.
Hade önskat att hotellet hade Continental frukost istället för amerikansk och hade personligen önskat att de varma tillbehören på frukosten var varma istället för ljummen. Rummen, vyn och hotellets personal väger upp för nämnda nackdelar.

נוף יפה מהחדר להר , אנשים נחמדים ומסייעים, חדר מושלם וגדול!

יש הסעות מתחנת הרכבת למלון ומפארק פוגי קיו בחינם בשאטל מסודר של המלון
חדר מסודר ויפה , גדול , חדר שירותים גדול (בדרכ קטן ביפן) .
(הכל באמת מסודר ונקי - לבנות מבנינו שמאוד חשוב להן) , יש סבונים בריחות מושלמים(אפילו לא היה צורך להשתמש בשמפו מרכך מהבית ), יש נוף להר מהחדר והוא נדיר!
הצוות ממש נחמד ומסייע ויודע אנגלית.
ארוחת בוקר קצת דלה למי שלא יפני ולא אוכל בשר בבוקר אבל יש חביתה, לחם וסלט ככה שזה סוגר פינה.
בשביל 400 שקלים בערך ללילה זה באמת שווה כל שקל!
ממליצה 10/10

ארוחת בוקר יפנית- בשר , מרק , אורז עם קארי (ב8 בבוקר😧) אבל יש עם מה להסתדר
