Important information:

Renovation work is done from Monday, 1st April 2024 to Saturday, 31st August 2024, daily. The entire building is under renovation. Some rooms may be affected by noise and odor. Please note that some rooms may not have views or use of balconies.

The hotel's free shuttle service runs as follows.
From Kawaguchiko train or bus station, or Fujikyu Highland: between 15:00 and 20:00. Please call upon arrival.
From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00.

The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-24:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Professional, pampered.
Pros:

Gorgeous view of Fuji from our room. Large room with a sitting area, dining area and separate bedroom. Bath house using natural hot springs was lovely. Breakfast buffet included in the plan was very enjoyable.

Cons:

Some staff slightly colder than some other hotels we stayed, but likely due to the more professional/business vibe compared to others. Some of them seemed not very familiar with what sightseeing options were available, saying there was only a taxi option, but we found out there were bus options too.

スタッフの皆様が親切でした。見晴らしもよく、大浴場の温泉は本当に疲れが取れ肌がツルツルになる感じがしました。部屋も清潔に保たれ気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

Comforting, relaxing and calming
Pros:

The hotel prepares free shuttle service. Shuttle service from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel can be arranged upon phone call, which can be made via public payphone at the station, whereas shuttle service from hotel to the station upon checking out can be made via reservation (shuttle van brings a maximum of 8 people) and is available every 30 minutes.

The breakfast buffet is served with a variety of food choice with unique Japanese identity, under a comfortable and calming ambient.

The room is classical type of hotel room. The room has a spacious balcony with Mount Fuji view without much blockage. A room for 4 has 4 queen beds, which makes the rest even more comfortable.

The hotel is also equipped with free public hot water bath and sauna facilities, good for beginners to experience and enjoy the relaxing effect.

Cons:

The hotel is slightly old-school, whereby the room is not individually equipped with microwave, but is still available in the main lobby.

A place where you definitely have to stop by if you want to weake up with the Mount Fuji view in front of you.
Pros:

Amazing location. The Mount Fuji was totally visible from the room we got. In addition to this, the room was spotless and comfortable. Another point that stood out is the shuttle bus to the Kawaguchiko Station, really handy and convenient.
