Turn up and Turnkey
Pros:

Awesome apartment at very reasonable price with easy off street parking and access to a huge variety of places to both eat and alternatively shop for groceries all within walking distance. Anyone that needs close access to Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre or even the Royal Womens Hospital could not go wrong staying here.

Honestly with having only the one night stay I struggle to fault it
